Happens all the time. hmmm...wonder if he died with a smile on his face?

During service at so many Pentecostal churches someone in the cogregation may pop up and begin speaking in "tongues". Or when the pastor gets hot he begins to speak in tongues. I don't understand a word; nobody in the congregation does not even the speaker ...hmmm... possessed does. It seems infectious because most of the congregation get possessed. Isn't this a sham? If not how do they know is the Holy Spirit? I thought it is written in the Bible that if one should stand up and start speaking in tongues (foreign language) and there is no interpreter he should ...hmmm. shut up and sit down.(something to that effect). Help me understand as I sit here with my mouth wide open and tongue hanging out.

Ever so often I see or read of "religious" people who take it upon themselves to shove their beliefs down the throats of unbelievers. Is it that their God is incapable of enforcing His rules? Or is it that the "believers" do not know the power of their God? Or is it that these "believers" after a time become gods?

I'm just curious... trying to find out what fuels the NPs! I'll be taking notes each day!

When someone finally gets to the front of a line and then begins to think what they need to order; begins to search for their money or simply not ready for service. If elderly or a child, no problem but if grown... I'm ready to strangle somebody!

No it's not. Sin has to do with the violation of God's laws. If it's the violation of man's law then it is illegal. Under God's law when are two people considered married? Isn't it when a man simply 'takes' a woman and when they begin to have sex the marriage is consumated? No signing or priestly blessings or oaths or rings or death do us part. Under western's man's law if you don't register and sign and swear you are not married.Until then if you have sex it's unlawful or whatever term you want to use but IT IS NOT A SIN. Correct me if I'm wrong.(Now I'm ready to be crucified... today is best!)

You have found the love of your life ... been dating a while... even married... but for whatever reason... childbearing, sickness, operation, job...the body of your better half has changed from athletic to fluffy fat or from fluffy fat to skinny. There are women who choose sexy over modesty ... women who use the church as a dress parade... women who wear what they have or what was given to them. There's no dress code for a church but a woman should try to conceal the sexciting  sections of her body from the ever prying eyes of men ... including the pastor. The pastors and their wives should also set the tone by scaling down on the flashy clothing and dazzling jewellery they wear when they take the stage...hmmmm.... pulpit. Adam and Eve were naked yes... but they never had a 'horny gene'... while modern man never have a deficiency!

Oh boy! ... his father crossed the line ... pray he didn't prey on family members. Like his father...'his girl' got no limit ...he should pray that she wasn't preying on other family members... and all the men in the company or community. Instead of suggesting strangulation... you should rush him to the nearest hospital for STD testing.

Why do so many of our women think it's necessary... at all costs... to have someone else's hair attached to their own? I live in a big city and it s rare to see a black woman sporting her natural hair. School kids also... courtesy of their moms. Are we now too ashamed of our own hair? Is it that we think straight is better? Is it that we think someone else's is better than ours? Is it that you think it is more appealing to men? Here I am with my mouth still wide open waiting for answers... please ... help me close it !

At age 14 most youths think their parents are treating them badly at some time or other.... but to kill your parent? That's a walking time bomb right there.
