Wow.. Readin' some of u're comments saddens me.. I was blessed 2 come from a home where I was brought up with luv, care and very good education which ment my path would be bright, on movin' 2 d UK I was blessed 2 mingle and relate 2 those that u are screamin' should die and be put in jail.... After reading some of the comments, i nowunderstand why we fight over religion.... i was made to understand from a very young age that both worship the same God..(if you go by the biblical story of Abraham, Ishmeal and Isaac)... having the priviledge to be born to a family of half muslim and half christian gave me the chance to read both books and even learn that Jesus christ was also included in the holy Quran (prophet Isa)... but like it has always existed man has manipulated each religon to feed their greed and thirst to oppress others... So to those people that claim they dont care pick up a book and learn so we can live in peace and stop using God to kill our fellow man all in the name of defending God. God can fight his own battles.

they should have given him the time to serve in full rather than breaking it down to four years as they need to set an example that when u are put in a place of power,any abuse of power is not allowed...

As expected.This is not the fault of any player or coach.It was pre-destined.
The NFF/officials who went on Jamboree to SA should now come back apologise to Shaibu Amodu,pay him all his outstandings and then dissolve themselves.Going forward,the Govt. should dismantle all the national teams and withdraw them from all international tournaments for the next 5 years.Establish 3 serious  Football Academies(Lagos,P/Harcourt and Abuja) modelled after the English/Italian/Spanish models.  Enroll school going kids between the ages of 10 -12 years in these Academies and reintroduce sports development in primary/secondary schools.At the end of the five years there would be available a crop of boys who would play in the first international tournament of Under 17s'.By the end of the eighth year when the oldest among them would not be more than 20 years they can easily fit into the under 21/Adult teams and take part in the 2018 world cup.This  will produce educated,disciplined, physically fit players and ready to make an impact in the world of football.
Anything less than this is cosmetic and will not yield the results we desire.


i understand what you have explained but it does not change the fact that these particular set of players lack passion, unity and patrionism.... also as fans we seem to forget that it is our taxes that pay their bonuses... so its about time we make it knwn these players should never wear our shirt again because they are not fit to wear it...
