How can a sildier died somewhere else and that leads to the vandalizations of other people's properties?. I think thisis not really the cause of this vandalization os properties.. .They are frustrated!! ....they are not used to being told what to do by civilians... .. they cannot have it their own way anaymore.... . They do not want to go to POLICE to file a report !!! They are stooping very very low to go to the police. Those affected MUST file for CIVIL DAMAGES against that Commandant of the Barracks with his Abieokuta-Vandals. All these states with Army barracks must take note. vin..../// Soldiers sack police station, vandalise vehicles in Abeokuta By Ademola Oni, Published: Sunday, 2 May 2010
Confusion reigned at Lafenwa area of Abeokuta, Ogun State on Friday when soldiers from the Army Cantonment, Amala, Abeokuta North Local Government, stormed a police station, ransacked the offices and beat up the personnel.
The soldiers, who were protesting the death of their colleague, vandalised numerous cars belonging to members of the public.
Their colleague allegedly died after his motorcycle collided with a commercial bus at Lafenwa.
Eye witnesses said the soldier died moments after he was rushed to a nearby hospital.
His death, it was learnt, angered his colleagues, who mobilised from their barracks and attacked traders, motorists, residents as well as the police station.
A policeman, who survived the attack with minor bruises, said they were taken unawares by the action of the soldiers.
The policeman said, “We heard about the accident and because it had claimed a life, we already made preparations to see the next line of action. We were shocked when we heard that some soldiers had started vandalising vehicles and beating up people.
“While we were still talking on the issue when the soldiers attacked the station and started beating up everyone in sight. The issue is very clear: the accident did not involve the police; the vehicle in question was a passenger bus.
“So, why would the soldiers attack the police station and attack people who knew nothing about the death of the soldier?”
Our correspondent learnt that the attempt by the police to document the accident and the death caused another friction as the soldiers refused the policemen the opportunity to do so.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Mr. Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed the accident, said he did not have the details of the attack.
“We learnt there was an accident and that a soldier was likely to have died in the accident. We have asked the Area Commander to go there and see what had happened.
“The details are very sketchy right now. I hope to get the information across to you later,” said Adejobi, an Assistant Superintendent of Police..

Print Story A grandmother has shocked her friends and family after revealing she is having a baby with her own grandson.
Granny, 72, Having A Baby With Her Grandson Enlarge photo Pearl Carter, 72, says she has never been happier after beginning an incestuous relationship with her 26-year-old grandchild Phil Bailey.
The pensioner, from Indiana, US, is using her pension to pay a surrogate mother so they can have a child, reports New Zealand's New Idea magazine. She said: "I'm not interested in anyone else's opinion. I am in love with Phil and he's in love with me. "Soon I'll be holding my son or daughter in my arms and Phil will be the proud dad." Her lover is the son of Pearl's daughter Lynette Bailey - who she put up for adoption when she was 18-years-old. When his mother passed away, Phil tracked down his long lost grandmother and they quickly fell in love. Pearl told New Idea magazine: "From the first moment that I saw him, I knew we would never have a grandmother- grandson relationship. "For the first time in years I felt segxwally alive." It was during their second week together, after dinner and wine, that Pearl made her move. "I called Phil into my bedroom, sat him on the bed, and then I leant over and kissed him," she added. "I expected rejection but instead he kissed me back." Phil revealed: "I wanted to kiss her there and then. My feelings were overwhelming. "I love Pearl with all my heart. I've always been attracted to older women and I think Pearl is gorgeous. Now I'm going to be a dad and I can't wait. "Yes, we get laughed at and bullied when we go out and kiss in public but we don't care. You can't help who you fall for." The pair paid $54,000 (£35,000) to find a surrogate mother and buy a donor egg to inseminate with Phil's sperm. They placed an advert asking for an open-minded surrogate, and Roxanne Campbell applied. "Initially I was shocked," says Roxanne, 30. "But they're a brilliant pair and I saw how much they loved each other. I know the baby will be loved too." Pearl said: "I am finally going to be a mum and not forced to give up my child. Phil's going to be a great dad. "I never in a million years thought at 72 I'd be 'pregnant' and in love with my grandson. "I make no apologies and I believe God's given me a second chance."

| its a two way thing till each reach a level of maturity and understanding
I don't know how is a two way thing. when u've a fight or whatever instead of u to cool down & talk it over, u'll carry that in ur mind ready to explode untill u tells it to friends. Thats the sign of immaturity cos by doing so, you expose ur rship to mockery by ur friends who on their part wldnt tell u the issues they fac in their own rship but paint a picture perfect rship for you. since you seem confused let me clear it up for you men and women both do it but when they reach a level of maturity they learn that their personal business should be handled at home and THEN they have reached that level of maturity and no longer need to go out so next time read carefully be4 Quoting me WOW GIRL, SO DON'T U THINK THAT EARLY RISING IS BETTER THAN WAITING AT THE DIE MINUTE...MAYBE IS U THAT SEEMS CONFUSED.... i see you have some real issues here i simply answered the question originally answered i never said this is me, so watch your statements. i dont discuss my relationship with anyone but those who do as you can see i answered already. HERE U GO AGAIN, MINE COMMENT WAS A GENERAL STATEMANT & WASN'T MEANT FOR U. I USED CONFUSED BACK AT U COS U SAID I WAS CONFUSED FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING UR STATEMENT, THAT WAS AN INSULT TO ME GIRL....
