wonders will it ever end?

it happened live in Jos, plateau state, Nigeria....... a mature man of over 28 yrs was riding his okada bike with his helmet on his head. unfortunate for him he had an accident and died on the spot. on the arrival of naija police at the scene of the accident the sergeant in command said "thank God say dis man wear helmet if not him head for done scatter before him die"
