Dlimelite; i accepted what you wrote but i disagree with you concerning above in QUOTE. Your neighbors are human being that still alive NOT dead. Your neighbors are those around you in this world NOT in Heaven. Because we have to show that love here in earth before Heaven. Over speeding...? When will Nigerian Road Safety help to minimize deaths in Nigerian roads by applying cameras and videos on the roads, also giving tickets to those over speeding.... They only focus on pocket money and doing other odd jobs...
