World football governing body, FIFA has filed a report with police in Switzerland after six Hublot watches embarrassingly disappeared before Monday’s ‘The Best’ Awards gala in Zurich.
The watches, said to be about €93,000 each, were meant to be presented to Cristiano Ronaldo and other key winners at FIFA’s prize ceremony.
Swiss reports said that the watches went missing after being delivered to FIFA headquarters.
Hublot officials were said to have managed to save the day by finding a different range of their collection at the last minute.
FIFA spokesman said, “We are looking into what happened to the watches. They went missing somewhere.”
In a first of its type, a man has been convicted of rape and sentenced to 12-month jail term by a court in Switzerland. A court in Switzerland has convicted and sentenced a 47-year-old Frenchman to 12-months in jail for having s*x without a condom with a s*xual partner who had believed he was wearing one.
According to ATS news agency, the court in the landmark decision, determined that having s*x without a condom if the use of a condom is expected by those involved, is considered r*pe.
It was learnt that the Frenchman had met his s*x partner, a Swiss woman, through the dating app, Tinder.
Reports had it that on a second date at the woman’s house, they began to have s*x with a condom, but the man later removed it. The woman said she only realised that he was no longer wearing a condom after the s*x was over.
The court judged that if the woman had known that her partner wasn’t wearing a condom, she would have refused s*x with him.
The victim’s lawyer who spoke to a correspondent on Tuesday, said the decision was “a first for Switzerland.”

A 25 year old woman, Antonieta Robles Saouda was arrested after she tried to break her boyfriend out of prison by stuffing him into a pink suitcase and trying to wheel him out. Saouda took her 6-year-old daughter to visit her boyfriend, Ibrain Jose Vargas Garcia at the Jose Antonio Anzoategui prison in Venezuela with the plan to smuggle him out of the facility and live happily ever after as a happy family.
She successfully managed to get him into the suitcase but was unable to wheel him out of the prison because the bag was overstuffed and she didn't have the strength to successfully wheel him out. According to Central European News agency, her prison-break plan was foiled when the prison guards noticed that she was struggling with the suitcase and asked to inspect it.
When they unzipped it, they discovered Garcia curled up inside.
Garcia was immediately thrown back in his prison cell, where he was already serving a nearly 10-year sentence for a car robbery while Saouda was arrested and their daughter was taken into temporary custody by Venezuelan social services.

Former welterweight champion, Floyd Mayweather has said that he was interested in a fight with Conor McGregor and offered the mixed martial arts star $15million to fight him.
