am even surprised by the 18 months jail term why is it that small ? i guess its just to encourage people to steal large amount of money . i guess if you stole 20 naira in the market place u would be burnt alive or stone to death .....maybe stealing with a pen is now more honorable in Nigeria. This is scam in the highest place . This would never happen when they are in Nigeria they would have beheaded the woman thank God  it happen there . But i realy dont know but the woman have some explaining to do i guess
