After almost a one year hiatus, Nigerian hip hop veteran K16 is back with a brand new single entitled Wetin you dey talk. Taken off his soon to be released ExtenedPlayer Killer16beats, this track is a simple melodic gem about a girl who is cheating on him for money.
Produced by K16 for Ara-na-agbam productions, there is also a remix which is a bit more futuristic and agressive and adds a new color to the tune. You can follow k16 on twitter on @killer16bars.

Here is the first video off K16’s “Tribute to the South” EP which dropped earlier this year. Crisp quality! I spotted DJ Lanre somewhere in the video.

Also, check out K16’s brand  new single Ride ft. Funbi which will make his ‘The Return of the Baddest‘ album which is set to be released some time in 2011. Definitely a more up tempo and commercial offering than we are used to hearing K16 on, but he stays true to his style.
