Mr Poster, you are not the only person concerned. I see Children of between the ages of 11 and 14 carrying pregnancies in my area.I can blame it on so many factors. First, the standard of education. When I was small, It was a taboo for any Child not to go to school. Education was truely free, not like now, most parent has to keep their Children at home because of school fees. Most of these children awk one thing or the other, and through this most of this young girls are exposed to sex. Other factor include society, media etc.
