Oh no i can believe this man can still do this type of thing,so he is trying to improve the killing of people by dis so called BOKO by giving out life jacket which he call (BULLET PROOF) What did Bullet Proof got to do with stopping Boko- Haram from their deadly act. I believe he don't know what he is doing or He knows, what is doing Him he doesn't know.

 The mother of the girl should be charge to court also,she surpose to have uncovered the secret before the man repeated it again and she surpose to take the girl from her father and take her responsibilities on her rather than to leave her for her father.
