That was a very intelligent person managing that horrifying situation like that.  what is described here shows the horrifying situation of law enforcement officers in this country
Nothing has changed and it's very troubling.
That gentleman had used 100 000 Naira to save his life and am glad he has not been chicken.  He reported the case despite the threat. even blowing it out for the bigger world to hear.
The likes of the officer in question should think twice before approaching innocent Citizens to come and wet their dirty stinking hands.   
We have some low-level "nitwits" in that Nigerian police force who do not understand the meaning of law enforcement and their role as protective officers who pay their salary to feed themselves and their family ; 
This greedy police guy here is not fit for the police force at all and should not only be relieved of his post but made to face tough disciplinary action for theft/robbery and threatening another innocent citizen where each and every Nigerian is free to move around and carry out their business without let or hindrance.

What a sad tale .   You hear of these things happening abroad but for it to be happening locally right here on our doorstep to minors is extremely pathetic .  Thanks for t he swift action of the law enforcement agencies and we hope the owners of the prostitution business spend some long jail term with confisction of all the prostitution assets acquired so far to serve as a deterrent to all other heartless men out there who are not fit to live in a decent society where minors should be free to move and express themselves like every other citizen without being lured into prostitution trade against their will .

There really s no need beating those folks who were apprehended especially those in Military Uniform .  If they happen to be me military guys i can tell you even the police wont be able to handle what will happen later .   .  Besides it creates a bad impression on the noble cause of Sunday Igboho if  his  people seem to result to the same harrassment they are complaining about .
i dont think there is any law preventing free movement of any citizien anywhere in Naija o    I just hope that  you people will tread softly

Fayemi believes there is no /Fulani herdsmen problem in Ekiti state and seems to be giving them an open arms welcome.  Lets see how the family of the deceased and other farmers in the states likes Fayemis stance and what this incidence will do to the morale of the farmers in the state and the resultant effect on Farming and cost of food items in the state .  . Those criminals need to go back to the north to feed their cattle., You cant be briinging your cattle to the south to destroy the farms while selling your beef at exchorbitant prices to Southerners and even decide to blockage food items grown in the North coming down south .  This strategy of starving Southerners is criminal
