Ghadafi's plan is to build Libya like Dubai. but its a pity he was misunderstood by distractors.my friend pls watch what you say, i am here in europe for long time i have meet a lot of libyan people most of them are my close friends . gaddafi is devilish dictector all most 95% of his people dont like him, you said his plan is to build libya like dubai. at his 42 years in power he had never achive that when is he going to do it. in his grave or what.? did you think that it takes the u.a.e. govermenet how many years to build it the way it is today.go and check gaddafi and his family profile and see how him and his sons squandas their country money and spend extra vargantly, how many accounts they had in swis back. pls you better say what you know.
