Do you know how much more it will cost to build a hotel? Any respectable one. It doesn't make any sense for him to open up an orphanage. None at all. Instead of opening his own, why doesn't he donate to one of the thousands of orphanages in Nigeria (at least that's a sensible argument).

"Impact on the community" Whether a night club is morally good or not, it in its own way has a big impact on the community. People keep talking about morals like it helps improve the society (You are wrong if you think it does. Not saying we should go about with no morals). What we need is business and more business, any and all legal kinds of business.

Do you know how much he has been giving to charity? Must he advertise his good social work in the press?

I don't think you fully understood my post. Ill suggest re-reading it...

Lol.. All the people saying he should open an orphanage are too funny. Na you work for the guy? Help his community.. lol.. lol.. Dont kill me with laughter..

For your information, opening a club is helping his community because he would have to employ some people, which in turn translates to providing a source of income for those people which is much more tangible than just help. we need more people like him, who are thinking of opening their own business.

lol.. lol.. Stop hoping for other people to provide help, and start creating your own opportunities..

 orphanage.. lol.. lol..
