@All,my God is not an author of confusion.He is a perfect Father that loves us all so dearly(John 3:16) and always interested in seeing us happy.In 1 John 2: 2-3 the bible said what manner of love has the Father bestowed on us that we should be called the sons of God,Now,are we the sons of God...Our Father is more caring than our earthly Father to allow evil come upon us.It is for this reason that He said that if our earthly fathers know how to give us good gifts,how much more Himself.

The issues I would like to address are these;the mere fact that one is good does not make the person a child of God because morality,I mean people of good and living conscience may not necessarily be believers.remember that Jesus christ is the only way,the truth and the life and if you have not accepted Him as the Lord of your life,there is no two ways about it,you are not a believer and still under bondage of the devil (2 corinthians 5:21);and the next issue  is that of having the knowledge of the truth.Yes most christians do not know who they are in Christ Jesus because they do not have accurate information,knowledge about the Lord and who really they are.When Jesus died,He paid the fully penalty of sin thereby setting everyone that belives on His name free from death and any other consequences of sin(2 Corinthians 5:17;Hebrews 2:15-18,Colossians 1:13).In essence,Jesus did not just set us free from the bondage of sin and manipulations from the devil but also called us to a new life,way of existence.A life that is different from our old nature.Remember in John 1,the scriptures made it abundantly clearly that we are born again not of blood,nor of the flesh,nor of the will of man but of God.Also,in John 3,it said tha he that is born of the flesh is flesh and he that is born of the spirit is spirit.Therefore having born of the spirit of God,we are spirit being and should function in that light.To exist below that realm is to make yourself a mince meat for the devil wherein people would consider you a good person yet calamities of life would befall you just like the unsaved.IN THIS REALM,YOU ARE INSTRUCTED AT ALL TIMES BY THE HOLY SPIRIT (John 14).I will not leave you empty handed,I will send the Comforter who shall show you all things.

Part of our problems is ignorance and that is why the bible said in Hosea 4:6,my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.When you know who you are and the God you are serving,you cannot be be moved or destroyed.Also,the mere fact that the bible contains all the promises of God does not mean that the promises can work for us,we must know these promises and declare them upon our lifes,our busineses,our career and upon all areas that we want changes.Remember Elijah and Ahab,notice that Elijah did not say by the word of God,there shall not be rain in the land,instead he said by my word,there shall be no rain the land.We can escape evil if we are filled with the Holy Spirit and depend on Him for instruction and guidance.In summary,God does not allow evil to befall good people,ignorance does.

i heard some people talking about the bible,well i believe @ 7 a child that can read should already have a bible of her own being it children bible or normal adult bible and should already be attending sunday children school or otherwise should have someone already studying thebible with her.as a mother as well i will surgest if uare organizing a birthday party 4 her although it depends where u are living u can arrange for a Limozine VIP shuttle to take her and her friends around i tell u she will never forget that particular birthday in her life,another thing if u can u take her outside the country on an holiday trip and arrange some torist  programme for her at the holiday site i tell u children loves dis,advicing from experience.once again HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ur little angel

My dear,there is no doubt that the seven year old may have been studying the bible but giving her the bible as her birthday gift sure makes a difference. Don't  forget that the scriptures enjoined parents to train up a child the way he should and when he is grown,he will depart from it.

Given that the marriage was obtained by fruad,there is no basis for it to stand in the first place.Also,since they were legally married in court,the lady could sue and claim allimony as well as aggravated damages to make up for her depreciated beauty occassioned by incidence of her relationship with the bigamist.Although this may not in real terms restore her to her original state,but would as far as possible reduce the sense of lowered self-esteem that the marriage now constitute to her.Jailing the man may not do her any good in the long run as it is rather vengeful.

Give her a bible and teach her to love,trust and fear God.Make her realise that all she needs to be successful in life is in the WORD.God bless you.

It anonying and heart breaking that this days all u hear is prosperity,no pastor tells if you,you will go to hell,they shy away from the truth,the bible has been turned upside down in the sense that the is denied because this pastors are gainig from it.and this has worsen the morality in our country.

It's unfortunate for christians to sound this way.It only shows that you are still a baby in Christ.How many times should a christian recieve salvation? In romans 10:9-10,the scriptures laid out how salvation is achieved,first believing in our Lord Jesus Christ and then confessing Him.The moment you do this,you have become the son of God,you belong to God's family.Your salvation is not obtained by your good works or acts of righteousness because your righteousnes is like a filthy rag before God.Then what is righteousness and how is it gotten.Righteousness is the life of God and it comes to you as a 'gift' the very moment you believe and confess Jesus Christ as you lord and saviour(Romans 5:17;John:12;1 John 3:2-3).

Having being born into the family of God,you now have a new life-the life of God.You now belong to the God-kind where righteousness is your new nature because you have being born again not of the corruptible seed but of incorruptile,by the word of God which liveth and abideth for ever (1Peter 1:23).Also,remember that when you got born again you are a spirit being because you are no longer born of blood,nor of the will of the flesh,nor of the will of man,but of God (John 1:13).It is for this reason the scripture said in 2 corinthins 5:17 if any man be in Christ ,he is a new creature:old things are passed away;behold,all things are become new.You old life of sin has be supplanted with the life God's kind of life-righteouness.You become dead to sin and now lives for the master.In essence,you have a new life style as indicated in Galatians 5:22-26.

The church is a place for the perfecting of the saints,a place where you are taught how to live your new life and also made to know your rights  and inheritance in Christ.Salvation is only preached to the unreached and lost souls so that they might come to the knowledge of the truth.When you are won and broght to the church,you ought to be taught to know who you are so that you may walk in that light.Of course if you have believed and confessed Jesus as your Lord and still live in sin,then there is a problem with your christianity because the bible said in 1 John 3:7-9 he that commit sin is of the devil.In other words,if you commit sin,you are living contrary to your new nature.Salvation is not the end in itself but an ushering into another realm of existence,a superior lifestyle,life of spirituality,life of affluence and splendour,life of dominion and power.That is christianity.

  No matter the type of strong positive arguments one might advance in favour of the actions of the masqurades and the percieved wrongs committed by the ladies that were striped,without a second thought,it was completely barbaric,timid and cowardly to have perpetrated such evils against the women under the guise of customs and tradition.Every custom and tradition that fails the addmissibility test as provided by law,to that extent of inaddmissibility cannot be accepted as custom in the eyes of the law.In the instant case,the action of the masqurades is not only inconsistent with the laws of Nigeria,it is obnoxious and negates the laws of natural justice and good conscience and also,a gross violation of the fundamental rights of the victims.No matter of defence by way of upholding the community's customs and tradition would exculpate the masqurades.This is most unfortunate and must be condemned by all.
