Poster, stop inciting the public. this policy affects all entities registered with Corporate Affairs Commission. The company where I work is affected too. for two weeks now we cant drawal from our account. the requirements include but not limited to Certificate of incorporation, Tax Identification Number(TIN), statement of affairs etc. in our case, we have obtained some of the required doc except statement of affairs/account which we have contacted an accounting firm for. once those things are provided, the account will be defreeszed. it doesnt affect only churches but every organisations/entities duly registered with CAC and have not updated thier data. pls stop poisoning the heart of nigerian.

Poster stop inciting d public. This policy affects all entities registered with CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) not only churches. What they required are TIN(Tax Identification Number), name of share holders/share capital, annual return, certificate of incorporation etc. Is applicable to companies duly registered with CAC but have not updated their account data in recent time. It affects many companies and registered entities so people should stop reading sentiment to policy.  It affects d company where I work. For over two weeks now we cant drawal from d account and we are in the process of giving the bank what they required. We have got TIN(FIRS) and other docs but statement of affairs is what is holding us. Once those requirements are met, d account is released. I hope u get that.

This is rather unfortunate, because he is among d 3 notable performing PDP governors (aside Ameachi of Rivers and Kwankwaso of Kano). Why has he chosen this ungodly path? He should have channeled d money into more developemental projects that will give d people of his state d real dividend of democracy. Very shameful, Akpabio!
7  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Hundreds Of Hijab Wearing School Pupils' Protest Paralyses Activities In Lagos (Page 6) on: 2-03-2013 12:33 PM
Lagos state is a creation of constitution which guaranteed fundamental human rights that must be respected. There is no where in d post where is stated that those students where d hijab in d class, beating them for wearing hijab outside d classroom is a violation of their rights guaranteed by d constitution. Also I didnt read in d post that d school belongs to xtian, d principals who are probably xtians should have known what d reaction would be. I commend d protesters for not takin laws into there hands, their approach is very commendable. Child abuse should not be condoned by any reasonable person irrespective of who is involved. If d school is a own by Lagos state govt, which is a creation of d constitution, then d right to religion should be respected. If we support victimasation of hijab bearer, then we shouldnt allow people wearing other religion symbols e.g cross. The two principals involved have poor judgement and that is not what we need now in this country. God bless Nigeria

And this idiot wanted to govern kogi state under the cult call PDP. Imagine d nonsense in Nigeria judiciary? Somebody is rotten in jail for stealing goat and this pen robber will be walking free the moment he paid the option of 250k, what a mess? This is very shamful and a big blow to the so called anti-corruption fight of GEJ led administration.

Why these Igala men bringing bad name to their state? From Audu to Echocho(Afribank) and Sheidu Teidi (pension fund) to Wada (using flood fund/donated materials for flood victims as Xmas gift). Cant they emulate poiticians from non-Igala speaking areas of the state?

Sophie hahahaha u made me laf. I hate it when people judge a particular group based on action of few. Quoting Bible here and there does not make one a saint. We must show love to one another. Someone said my last post doesnt make sense. It depends on ur mindset and the meaning u make out of it. I dont join issue with people here, ok.

Some people are quick in generalising thing. Is it fair to conclude that because most of those convicted of drug peddling are Igbo, then all Igbos are drug peddler? Stop generalising thing, because it wouldnt help us. Practice ur religion as it pleases u bc at d end u are going to be questioned/judged alone.

Let God decide for u. Dont listen to those who condemn out of ignorance and hatred. Is Sen Remi(Christian) and Sen Tinubu(Muslim) not happier than Chris(Christian/Pastor) and his ex wife(Christian)?

Some people are just opposite of what they claimed to be. "Peacemakers" reigning insult on other peoples' faith.

I once asked d same question of age limit during our pre-camp lecture by NYSC and a director in NYSC said that provided one graduates before 30yrs he/she can participate in d service at any point d person wishes. So, if u see an old man/woman donning d colour it doesnt mean he/she just graduated.

20  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Segregation: Bishop Oyedepo's Covenant University Deny Muslim Students Admission on: 30-09-2011 09:08 AM
The action of the university should be condemned. Is a known fact that the population of Christian seeking admission is more than the Muslim, and there are alot of Christian schooling in far north because of the less number of Muslim seeking admission there and the Christian students are given admission and allowed to practice there religion without hindrance. if this is not stopped a time will come when it will be difficult for Christian to gain admission into northern universities. Every well meaning Nigeria has been condemning the action of BH irrespective of their religious affiliation. The BH even killed many Islamic scholars because they condemned their activities, so what justification does the University has?
