Why do we like to incite trouble where there seems to be none? He should be arrested and thrown to jail and the key forgotten. Some people are always happy when Nigerians go after each others throats while they sit down and look and laugh at us.
We should ignore his stupid remarks, as far as I am concerned.

A friend of mine recently got beaten black and blue by her boyfriend after going through her phone. he beat her to the point of stupor. i also remember how my brother used to beat me up while we were growing up. Please tell me how he's not going to beat up his wife after marriage. This is becoming a norm with our men. They start from childhood by beating their sisters, cousins, nieces and other female members of their household. Then they grow into adulthood and descend on their wives and girlfriends. I'm hoping this post would help in showing them our grievances and hopefully they will stop this bad habit. If our mothers had cautioned them and taught them never to lay a hand on a female, then maybe they won't grow up to become wife beaters. Some men don't see anything wrong in this barbaric act, but it is wrong. African men should learn restraint and not always be quick to beat up their women.
