| In Nigeria we notice that allot of accident and road holdup is on the high risk base on the excess of cars in the country, with an exceptionable fact that we can't make a move without standing for like 30minite to 1 hours on the road before we make a pass, so we are like putting it in to law that every one without the exception of the statue is entitle to one car not more then one car, as a family you are entitle to have three cars not more then three cars and as a couples you are entitle to two cars, and as a taxi man you can't Cary more then what you suppose to cary, so to this we need your view. |
