*Yes, the troops were a multi-national force, but the buck surely stops with the Nigerian Army.

America is fatally flawed when its Law Enforcement officers kill African-Americans for such pitiful reasons and with guaranteed impunity. Whether they shoot them, choke them, or club them, it staggers the imagination that those responsible are not only acquitted (if charged at all), but are deemed to have done nothing wrong. Worse still is Trayvon Martin - the killer started the trouble, gunned him down, claimed self-defence, and walked away. There is no justice while that insult remains unpunished.
