They should promulgate a law that makes it legal to castrate anyone found guilty of rape. Or even remove the offensive tool so it will not be used to commit further crime.

My people, this more serious than you think. Like the union people will say - Injury to one is injury to all. It started with Jos a while back, moved to Maiduguri, then Abuja. This is gradually spreading while we just make comments nonchalantly. Each and everyone of us should be vigilant and start looking for clues that can help stem this unsavoury trend.
