There is something called the EUGENICS movement also known as "population control." Europeans plan to depopulate Africa (which they have been doing). Yes, Boko Haram has killed lots of people, but it's not only them killing people. Back in 2005, some white men went to Iraq. They wore wigs that resembled the Iraqi people and dressed like them.
