If our President would be allowed to focus and implement this to the end even before 2014, it would be a step forward for this country!

The action of Papa Achebe is a clear message to President Jonathan that things are not well in this country. Giving and receiving national honour/award when things have already falling apart in this country is an unpalatable event!

It is disheartling that the only known integral factor (besides Oil) of Nigeria as a Nation has been turned into Political Rendezvous. Football is the only thing (besides Oil) that unites us as a country. Tracing Nigerian football performance from 1985, Nigeria was envisaged being the number "One" football Nation in rating on or before the year 2002.

Regrettably, the ugly Political-Joint which the country's football has been converted to, has succeeded in setting her football backward to the era of Pre-disposition.

Actually, we condemn in its totality what Siasia did by not fixturing Vincent Enyeama on the Nigeria-Guinea encounter, though, Nigeria would have still won if some of the players did not gang-up to frustrate Siasia. Now, replacing Siasia with Keshi is a clear indication that Nigerian football in particular and Nigeria in general is heading to doom!

I know, those players would certainly co-operate with Keshi to enable him beat the NFF target, but the truth remains that, in terms of technicality, discipline, focus, game-plan and result-oriented, Keshi is in no where to be matched with Siasia.

In conclusion, whether we believe it or not, "Nigerian Football Federation has succeeded in exchanging her Cow for a Fowl!"
