| That machine is very sick. I am already afraid to ride this kind thing, breeze from another bike can easily blow this way.
Can this thing carry me and my mum on a major road? God forbid this kind thing.

| | Three of the world's nuclear powers -- China, India and Pakistan -- have increased their nuclear arsenals over the past year, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute said.
China now has 250 nuclear warheads against 240 in 2012; Pakistan has increased its warheads by about 10 to between 100 and 120; and India has also added roughly 10 for a total of 90 to 110, SIPRI said in its annual report.
The arms race is all the more disturbing, said SIPRI, because of what the institute called a "fragile" peace in Asia, characterised by growing tensions since 2008 between India and Pakistan, China and Japan, the two Koreas and others.
"While states have avoided direct conflict with each other and have stopped supporting insurgent movements on each other's territory, decades-old suspicions linger and economic integration has not been followed up with political integration," SIPRI said.
Only the two old superpowers have cut their warheads, Russia reducing its number from 10,000 to 8,500, and the United States scaling back from 8,000 to 7,700.
The warheads controlled by France stayed at 300, while Britain's remained at 225, and Israel's at 80.
SIPRI acknowledged that the figures were to a large extent estimates, as the nuclear powers aren't equally transparent, China being totally opaque, and Russia gradually becoming less open.
SIPRI does not count North Korea and Iran as nuclear powers yet, as their respective programmes are still considered in their early stages.
While the global total of warheads was down, SIPRI said it did not translate into a significantly diminished nuclear threat.
"Once again there was little to inspire hope that the nuclear weapon-possessing states are genuinely willing to give up their nuclear arsenals," said SIPRI Senior Researcher Shannon Kile.
"The long-term modernisation programmes underway in these states suggest that nuclear weapons are still a marker of international status and power."
Efforts to reduce arsenals of chemical and biological weapons have also been slow, according to SIPRI, a long-time advocate of abolishing weapons of mass destruction.
The United States and Russia have not destroyed all their chemical weapons in 2012 as promised. Syria, in the grip of a bloody uprising for more than two years, has said it is prepared to use its weapons in the case of foreign attack.
SIPRI figures also show that the number of peacekeepers deployed around the world fell by more than 10 percent in 2012, due in part to the beginning withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan.
How far they fall will depend on how many peacekeepers will be deployed in Mali, where French-backed forces are fighting Islamist rebels -- and potentially in Syria.
The report noted that the United Nations appeared paralysed over the Syria crisis, as China and Russia had blocked Security Council moves to intervene.
"The lack of action over Syria in 2012 highlighted the weakness of international commitment to the responsibility to protect," said senior researcher Jair van der Lijn.
"In the end, national interests and deep-rooted fears that the responsibility to protect undermines the principle of state sovereignty, seem to weigh heavier than the plight of populations caught up in conflict," he added.
SIPRI's annual report also contains data already published, including figures showing a decline in global arms spending in 2012 of 0.5 percent, the first drop since 1998.
The report noted that China had overtaken Britain as the world's fifth largest arms exporter after the United States, Russia, Germany and France. | | | | |

A local here in Malaysia claimed to be a muslim opened office for traveling and tour agency to any country when u pay her she will start telling u one story to another and said u can't do anything bcos she's a local. Some of them open schools for Africans in the name of renewing stay, collecting more than half a million Naira while the immigration do it not more than 200 Naira... They are professionals in scam, much especially facy jobs, even the same police will go to the airport to fetch a maga and escort him or her to the fake security office, na today,, so they should stop criticizing us while they are the leader in crime... Even the money still dey spend here, do u guys know how much Nigerians are consuming here a week, not even a month. | | | | |

| Some of the comments here are uncalled for. True, the daughters should work for their own money but, you guys seems to have forgotten that they went through a whole lot too when their dad was locked up. All the humiliation they and their mother had to go through when Mandela was in prison.I think they have every right to his money.
Yes they have right to their father's properties/ money but they should also have limit of reaction, they took it too far, there's no way their father will left them empty handed bcos he suffered it for them so they should not be in a hurry, their father is alive and they sued him to court that will show u when the old man die they will start killing each other for the properties if they are not careful... | | | | |

If i may say it can't be more than 1% that will support dis girls attitude to their father at his age first. Oh they r not behaving like their father, a version man, a hard working man, a man that preferred a good name but his daughters chooses dis way after the good name their father built for them, for the nation, to Africa, to the world, anywhere they will go they will see favor with their name, people will welcome them give them everything they want, they will not lack with good name their father built, that is enough for me to succeed in life. So what more r they looking for, to kill him and receive curse! A curse that will be in history, a curse that they, their children, children children will inherit, a curse that will be very hard to be forgiven. I will advise you girls to quickly go back to your father and apologize, leave material things behind you will have it all with his blessing. He can give it all to you girls but i'm not sure you will live to enjoy it not even to tell the story.. My father is a very rich man that he can afford anything he wishes, i, been his first son i should be controlling all that but i don't, i lift everything and struggling on my own and traveled around and still taking care of myself without his support, only his blessing is all i need, he will see me now as a man and responsible too if i can take care of myself without him, then it's up to him to include me to his properties or not..... Why should i sue my own father because of his hard earned money/ properties, its only a mad person, a drug addict can do such. | | Its better there's non than dis people wil still cross without a traffic, they r embracing me personally, r we saying naija can not afford steady traffic light with power holding while i never spend a night here without light over 2 years of staying here, yes i pays for the light every month 2,500 naira, with air conditioner 5000 naira a month, i got what am paying for 99%, light can only go off once in 4 months just for few mins, they might be somewhere at that moment to fix 1 or 2 things, tell me how i can live in a country that uses gen to power a common traffic, very shameful to a big country like Nigeria, the point is that all of them don't have shame, they don't care what their neighboring country will say when they see them doing stupid things like dis without considering they will laugh at them, no lets do the best, they can not think of such.. | U can see these igbo people now having a belief in snake as their god. But they will keep aside their diety fault and keep complaning on others trible fault. You also made a mistake, if you truly worships a sounded God you shouldn't have judged by tribe, when you mentioned Igbo you are referring generally. It happened in Umuoji community in Idemili so don't use general hatred you had in Igbo's to judge others.
