d major thing is ate night food nd heavy food in d morning.dis is nt only in naija.but lets take naija as an xample.most of dem dnt know d diff btw a breakfast,lunch nd dinner meal.some ppl will wake up nd d 1st thing dey wuld eat is eba or any solid instead of fruit or light foods lyk cereal,2loafs of bread nd a cup of tea.while some dey know dey wnt 2 eat something solid but dey wait till late in d nite like 9 till late nites which is bad.exercise is also important.but as 4 me my tummy is ova onpoint ;)loving it everyday
