Good one, i really admire siasia for wielding the big axe against his very best player and him staying by his decision for this long. This sound very precarious considering the state of things in d country right now. Quitting a job without having secured another job may not be the best thing to do as shown by recent experiences. But nevertheless, me thinks it is better to leave a place honourably by turning in one's resignation than going through the ignominy of being sacked (because loss of job is imminent anyway). So i would rather advise u 2 put ur hope and trust in God, consult him on what to do next and have a firm believe that no one can change God's plans and design for your life. U also need 2 be positive that if u eventually leave d place God in his infinite mercy will provide a better place 4 u.
