Christianity has never been a problem if u know what christianity ever means & u are a true reader of d bible.
Christianity is solution, it is love & love is d way....

Like I said, I don't discuss religion because i know it will always result to this, I'll be brief and closing on this chapter. You said Christianity is not a religion, I couldn't be more than agreeing with you, but I'll also inform you that CHRISTIANITY ( Christ like ). A religion founded on the life and teachings of Jesus. Christianity is a strong belief in Christ that control Christians destiny.
Going to church does not necessarily make Christians Christian or holy, but having covenant with God. Likewise four walls of the church have no meaning in Christian life, but our body, heart and soul is the temple of God which is where we should have our strong faith and keep pure, in our doings, reasoning, thinking. On this blog, people have been preaching on hate, hate and hate. And that is not Christ like. I noticed that you deleted some of my comment on responding back to my comment or opinion, truth is bitter they says, you just wanted to hear what you want hear or read what you want to read from me. There are some Christians that their evil ways of life is terrible than pagans. I know who I serve and I know he will never let me down. Lately, if you look around the world, you will notice that pastors have not been preaching about salvation anymore, but prosperity, which is very common in Nigeria.
On closing, I'll leave you with few bible quotations; 1 John chapter 2, you can read the whole chapter if you like, but pay close attention verses 1-2, 4-6 and most importantly 9-11.
Also read the following passages: 2 Peter 1:1-11
                                                1 Cor 11:1
                                                3 John 1:11 and
                                                John 8: 31-32.
Thank you and stay blessed.

hello cadere or what ever u call ur self,u re looking for one nigeria right, now tell me do u have any relationship in the eastern part of the country as in is there any of ur relation that have ever gotten married to an igbo man, have u ever seen,so what re we talking about, look we re not one people and can never be,take for instance if u go to my village now u will see many yoruba woman that got married to igbos like wise igbos marring then the same thing aplies to the edos and other parts of the country, but iv never seen an igbo that did the same with the hawusa/fulanni,why becouse we re not ONE i repeat we re not ONE and can never be ok,so forget the idear of one ness ok,the only solution to that country is to divide thats all for peace to rain,,,,,i rest my case,,,,

Sometimes, I wonder and just observe what goes on around in the world, occurrences happening in Nigeria now didn't just started today, but right from the time we get independence. And on issues/ crises going on around the globe didn't just started today as well, but from the biblical age. Zekinsman, you shouldn't crucify Cadare, just because she shared her opinion. I wouldn't  be more than agreeing with her that dividing Nigeria is not the solution, true, which is definitely not the solution. Let's agreed that Nigeria is divided today and the Northerners went their own way and now we are now left with the igbos and the yorubas, mark my word, you'll be among those that will be singing for igbos and yorubas to divide if problem arise,.the problems at hand is that we humans does not have tolerance, our heart is filled with evil which is why we don't love each other truly, tolerate each other, sincere, share with each other. Look at Genesis 6:5-6. The bible makes us understand that God grieved having created us humans when he knows our evil men's heart was. The other time, I was listening to a testimony of how an individual escaped death in which he found himself among other people that wanted to use them for rituals, and among those evil doers are politicians, pastors, bishops, you know, so you tell me who is truly godly. Thank god for that individual that is a man of strong faith and he is the only one who escaped. So, my brother lets continue to pray for Nigeria for God to sanctify the land of Nigeria, as there's to much bloodshed in that country.  You know, I as a person I don't discuss religion, whatever every individual believe in, they should worship.think of this for once, both Christianity and Islamic religion are the world biggest problem.
May God help us all. Amen.

Nigeria being one or divided in not the solution. Solution to our problems is to fish out the true perpetrators of these atrocities and punish them whether our president, his vice or any other high ranking politician is involved. I believe some people are taking advantage of our gullible nature to divide and rule us and also to do all the THINGS he wants to do. We have seen so many countries that were divided and yet, no peace come. Sudan is a good example. That country was divided just in 2011, and the so called christians who wished to be separated with the Muslims now have their nation with pool of petroleum and yet they are currently slaughtering one another everyday. They have more problems as they are now shading the blood of their own brothers.

Dividing or not dividing Nigeria is not my problem but how can we have peace? We don't have to be sentimental.

Thank you, my sister, you are among the reasonable ones, people won't understand, that is why they are wishing for Nigeria to be divided, like I always said, too, dividing the country isn't the solution. The problems with the entire world is greed, oppression, tribalism, religious fanaticism, just to mention few. Those calling for Nigeria to divide are tribalistic themselves. You do mentioned Sudan, that is an awesome example, we could assume that Sudan is having a problem being that they are freshly divided, but that is not true, take for instance the Koreans that have been divided long time ago and their problems should have been long forgotten, but NO, the North still have frictions with the South Koreans . Endurance and accommodation is what can move Nigeria forward, and GEJ's focus should have been on the security of the country, I wouldn't be surprised if Jonathan himself had an agenda to see the country divide, what is difficult in it deploying and stationing military to the north till that place is stabilize, but no, he instead send troops to Lagos where people hold peaceful demonstration, those who demonstrated for him when he was seeking an election. The other time I was reading on the punch newspaper website and learnt that six Boko haram members were bailed, you just imagine, negotiating with terrorist, you don't negotiate with terrorist,  you reprimind them. Anyway, if Jonathan can say that Boko Haram are part of his government, I'm afraid then that, Nigerians have chosen a wrong leadership if he cannot fight these evil sect just because they are powerful or they are his( Jonathan) godfather, I wouldn't know which is which, may God help NIGERIA.

Let not deceive ourselves, GEJ already said that Boko Haram lives with him in his bedroom and they are part of his government, he and Sambo ordered the release of the terrorist, if that is not the case he would have ordered the dismissal and imprisonment of the police IG.

The problems in Nigeria cut across the entire stratter of our society, and their is no universal panacea to its solutions. We need serious re orientation to our moral values and priorities as a Nation. today President Jonathan is seen as a scape goat, but in real sense we as citizens are also part of the problem. everybody is taking advantage of the subsidy removal, even lorries and trailers using diesel have also increased their charges. No body is asking the Governors what they are doing with their monthly allocations, No body is asking our representatives what they are doing with the Constituency allowances, No body is asking the Local Gov chairmen what they are doing with their monthly allocation. PRESIDENT JONATHAN have an easier option to sit their and en mass wealth for his generations yet unborn, yet he decided to take a harder option JUST to give us our long overdue basic amenities, but what did he get PROTEST. If we do not trust the calibers of personalities in Government today, i wonder which government Nigerians will ever thrust. even former presidential aspirants are also part of the Protest. THE PROBLEM IN THE ENTIRE AFRICA TODAY HAS ALWAYS BEEN LACK OF FUTURE PLANS, WE ONLY THINK OF TODAY. SEE CHINA AND INDONESIA TODAY, WE WERE ONCE BETTER THAN THEM.
WE NEED TO WAKE UP FROM THIS RETROGRADE AMNESIA.

hen hen, no no, you mean to say kleptomania, which is the disease with the African leaders.

I never believed in Jonathan right from his campaign days leading to the election.  cos i noticed he was going to be a toil in the hands of the powers that be.... it was very evident during the period we lost the former president leading to him taking over the reigns...    I just tot to myself that "aah how can we elect someone who doesn't seems to have a mind of his own? definitely he was going to be representing the wishes of his godfathers and not that of Nigerians. now he's barely started and it's already happening less than ten months in office.

A president who couldn't use his authority to dismantle the so-called "cabal" that are milking the country's economy dry and to compel them to return all their loots from the national treasury.. instead he choose an easy way out by trying to impoverish already helpless masses through his so-called subsidy removal abracadabra.... A president who couldn't order the military to go in and fish out a minor Islamic extremists who has caused untold pains to the citizens and destruction of government properties over a decade yet he was quick to order the military to go, wait and probably kill and wound armless, peaceful protesters who were asking for their rights, just within days.... same set of people he dance with, sang with and beg to vote him into the leadership position.
I weep for Nigeria.

I feel you my brother, the bubble will burst some day, It is just that Nigerians forgets so soon, another election will soon be here and they will start dancing and jubilating with these evil politicians, I will be looking forward to that day when they will be throwing them stones, bricks and stick refusing them at campaigning, not buying their lies anymore.

I'm not talking of our road, electricity or constant water like other countries. since i'm here in another country i have never hard the sound of generator. i never see pump without water. actually is not that those country is more bless than Nigeria but the wicked Scammers called our leaders is busy sharing the money and dumping it in foreign countries. My only prayer is for almighty God to black list all of them let them never see  help on there days of trouble. In jesus name Amen

Why must they go to abroad for treatment, does it mean we don`t have hospital here in Nigeria. It`s because of their greedyness, they refused to put Nigeria hospital up to standard so that they can run to abroad for mendication. what about the poor masses, if they fall sick, where will they run to? Don`t worry keep on feeding us with your fake promises. A word is a enough for the wise.

True talk... after Goodluck's reign Nigeria will be divided! Aboki nor go rule us again....

This  bachelorette of a guy, I have been following your comment trend and it appears you are very confused as you don't know where you want to stand, I am among those who voted for Jonathan likewise my families who gave him the mandate, and all what you have been saying and wishing is for Naija to divide and guess what you failed and your prayer will never come to pass, where do you what me to put my nieces and nephews because they are Igbo. All what you have been preaching is all about " HATE ". Of what difference are you and the wicked Northerners; Boko Haram killing innocent southerners. I condemned evil and those that kill their fellow humans which is what I think should be GEJ most priority dealing with national security so Nigeria can be peaceful. Thereafter work his a way around the issue of fuel subsidy that will bring comfortability to every Nigerians.
To be candid how many Nigerians can afford that price of petrol at N141/ litre, do you know the prices of goods and commodities have gone up, take for instance, a bag of rice rise from N8000 to N17500, pure water now N10 a sachet, just to name few.
And your comment on Jonathan being President doesn't mean that if he insist or propose on something, Nigerians should adapt and agree with it, so what you basically telling us is that if he said we should all come and jump into the Lagoon, we should follow him, definitely not
.You should know what sovereignty was and sovereignty must reign.
You do mentioned of Obama, Obama didn't just carry out things, that is why we have congress who deliberate and then vote on it before Obama makes it into law or act on it. OK. Which is applicable to Nigeria as well, we have the legislative arms, the senators and house of reps, though all corrupted, they still have to pass it into law, even if the nation aren't satisfy with it, they have rights to protest it and all infrastures must be put in place before embarking on such program GEJ is proposing.
When was the last time you went to Nigeria, as it appears to me you live abroad yourself, because if you go home often you wouldn't be saying all what you are saying, Nigeria lacks totally everything, healthcare, roads, electricity, all is zero. People are tired of corruption, they want transparency which is what all these past leaders lack and above all they want basic needs and infrastures which is what Jonathan administration should have embarked on.

this is totally uncalled for.. i can bet that tribal sentiment is behind this.. did u ppl do this to any of the past bloody presidents? idiots on rampage .

That is so untrue, I have families who voted for him to gave him the mandate and they are disappointed at him right now just because he let them down. GEJ would not have come to a ridicule if he had listen to the voice of his people, and to your comment on tribalism, I disagreed with you as I'm related to Igbo who are as well not pleased with the way Jonathan is going about his administration.
