I really think its cos some people just burst out of the country for now explainable reason, all in the name of going out to make more money? I think life is a business and an essential business plan is needed for succes.
That is 100% corect. dguy got it right. Let me add a little to that business plan explanation.
Having a business plan alone will not guaranty any success. You must have the resources
(including knowledge and skills) to carry out the plan. If you do not have any marketable skills
and you go overseas, your chances for success is limited. Low-level jobs are not going to
make you rich.
