Hmm, for me that is stupidity of the highest order. What stops from returning the crude oil back to base, offload it and then burn the ship. We are talking of environmental pollution, what we've just done is to day we are not party anti environmental pollution. Except you are telling us you've siphoned the crude and in order to cover up we are burning the vessel!
And that is the issue with my country. Now when a reprisal attack occurs you can't prosecute them because there's still an open wound and then cataclysmic crisis reverberates down the ages
