It can not work in Nigeria because the tracking facilities, GPRS on cars, database to keep all the records in nigeria where there is no light,where there are people who is above the law, people bit trafic and go free, so how will FBI carryout there duties? Our system here in nigeria needs to be corrected! How can they investigate the people who employ and who Are they going to report the matter too?
