I'm from Abia state but live in Lagos state, thou the so called former governor was wealthy before he became the governor of the state but throughout his tenure the state was in a total mess. Abia was among the dirties state and probably still belong to that category as for today..Igbos should stop praising this crooks that has not contributed anything for human capital development to the land thus causing huge human influx to other progressive state....Eastern region need to copy one or two clues from emerging global state like Lagos and River state in terms of modern infrastructure that will attractive positive investment opportunity by so doing reduces crime and increases productivity...... Statically 70% of industries is within Lagos and Ogun state...How many factories and establishment do people like him has in the eastern region?  Peace...

I pity the northern leaders cos they will soon turn their region to a war zone and drone testing ground  for the Americans....... They should call their "Dogs and Pigs" to order!....A world is enough for the wise

serious plot to extort money indeed... They should concern themselves in fixing all the deadly potholes all over Lagos road... and if possible deport the so called agberos on the b/stop and make sure that there so call Lasma just dont stand and send there pimp to collect money from commercial drivers @ each b/stop, by so doing allows them to obstruct free flow traffic at each and every b/stop..........  Moreover it would b a welcome idea if it's probably done and not just another mode of operation to generate funds for the state cos Lagos state is number in looking for every means to extort money from it residents...

Still does not make any different cos kidnapping is far better than politicians looting....cos they are as well kidnapping and killing innocent father,mother and there children future... Naija, Lagos Goverment i hail una for corruption.... Cos lagos state Gov is looking for every available means to generate income for the state....

Talking about nuisance, i think Lagos state Gov should concentrate on riding the roads and street of the so called street Urchin "Agberos" that deface the "beautiful" look of Lagos state

I don't blame them cause racism is part of human nature and physiological attitude toward an inferior of superior entity, it should not b encourage but understudy the reason behind it. Just for start, how would we all feel if a white Italian is made a vice president or even a commissioner in Nigeria?

It's unimaginable for an adult to see a baby girl as a woman because she is still a baby and it would b a crime to take the hopes and aspiration of her primary and secondary school life away from her which are the basic education to live a worthwhile life in this modern age.  How can a 12 years old child moreover  she is not even a teen, support a home or take care of a toddler in this modern age... this kind of life can only be seen in rural areas predominately occupied by some tribe supported by there religious belief.....My six years old niece can operator smart phones and computer with ease and i will curse any man that would take her life away to b a wife at that age.... it unimaginable that in this modern world some group of individual still see thing from 1400 year old religious norms and perspective

This is another trash posting my wanna be online journalist... Where we should be celebrating student with good grades and academic achievement in our schools he is busy posting trash. God help this country cos we are way backward from modern development. If u go to universities in Asian country they are talking about technological development and here we are taking about some brat spending there parent money on clothes and flashing tins!

Noise pollution is a serious case, most especially in Lagos. I use to believe that with Fashola as a senior advocate he will alwayz follow any promulgated law to the latter but to my greatest surprise he is not doing it. Because if u all remember vividly sometime 3 years ago a law was past by Lagos state govt to curb churches,mosques and anybody making unnecessary noise but no one in the state is feeling the impact, the same inaction also goes to the Agbero boyz (Bus stop thugs) that has been banned by Lagos state law. From Okada restriction law to helmet, traffic, a whole bunch of Lagos laws are just there and no action to make them effective. Back to the discussion at hand ....The Noise makers of the Millenuim goes to the muslims followed by the christians and the fake dj's we have in every nook and crannies of Lagos.... The worst part of it, is that in some areas major interconnecting roads are blocked on fridays for jumat and party this also has been banned.... but it still remain a common practice here in Lagos........We have a very long way to go to be called civilized
