Four Nigerian former football officials have been arrested amid accusations that some $8m (£5m) went missing during the World Cup finals in South Africa. Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) spokesman Femi Babafemi told the BBC that the four - Mr Lulu, Bolaji Ojo-Oba, Taiwo Ogunjobi and Amanze Uchegbulam - would face a number of charges.

These include making payments to unauthorised delegates, chartering an allegedly faulty aircraft and paying $400,000 to stage a friendly match against Colombia in London, shortly before the finals.

Must every position be an avenue to embezzle? Is it a crime for someone to do his/her job well because of the passion involved?

For how long will the directive last? Is the not the upteenth time its being said?

The high spate of rape cases in SA is not cos they walk naked..dats just the tradition of a particular tribe on a particular festival...South african men believe that when u have HIV and u sleep with a virgin, u'll be cured of it. Thats why the rape victims are mostly below 13 yrs of age. it's a welcome development..

Nice idea...at least the fear of it will reduce the rate of rape..but there's one problem, and that is it could lead to even more violence against women in some way..
