We all grew up under different circumstances kids will be kids....when your hormones are raging what do you do, when there is no role model or someone to talk to.......its unfortunate this happened, but it did......now how is it to be dealt with?. Both victim and perpetrator are kids....stuff like this happens all over the place........how as a society do you deal with matters like this?......I personally think a psychologist would be the best answer to this issue , NOT the courts
