I have met some guys who said they would not like to be a girl's first love cos they don't want to disvirgin her lolll.....they actually instead say they are looking for that girl who will make them settle down- and she will not be a virgin. One said he does not want to be the one teaching her...and how will he be sure that she will like sex as much as he does?? *I was seriously laughing*

Well, I think like some people said, they are suffering with obsessive female independence syndrome loll. Some women take this female equality thing to extra heights. I am a barrister in training here in the Uk and I have my boyfriend. I actually when I have time, sometimes wash our clothes together- with my hand- not even the wash machine. Why? I grew up for 17 years in Africa and in all that time I washed my clothes with my hand. Besides I think it is more convenient as I can focus on the tiny spots/marks which need attention. I would not say do it everyday because then, the guy can start taking you for a housemaid- but i think sometimes is good. Besides it lets him see (especially if it is an african man) that you are educated but are still able to do the wifely/motherly things which will attract him more to you. 

If my boyfriend is too controlling, I would first of all try and talk it out with him. I believe this controlling nature arises partly because of the guy's insecurity- he probably just needs assurance that you are not messing about. However, if after we have had this conversation and the guy is till trying to control me, I'm signing out of the relationship! I am not a toy or any one's muppet!

Well, that depends on my relationship with you. If we are very good friends or my partner, then I will definitely tell you-- with a straight face. If I am not very close to you, then I could always tell you in a mild way- especially if I will have to be around you for long. I think it all depends on your manner of approach or your personality in general. The more subtle/calmer you are, the more likely the person will listen to you.

Well you have not exactly laid out what your issue is. All I can say is circumstances in life affect us in many ways. And the way we react to them is what defines. That is why it is important to know who you are, where you are coming from and where you are going to. If these three are engrained in your mind, it will be easier for you to deal with certain difficult situations without letting them change you.

yea...love can make you...in two ways...
 first is when you find d right partner..and thgs move on well..n u r happy..
second is it teaches you to b strong....cos if you can b strong thru a real love heartbreak; then u'll b able o go thru another one...it also builds u up...trains n teaches u on some facts of life....

n it can break you in two ways...

wen u luv sumone...n dey break up with you and you are not strong enuf to go thru it...you either
1)turn your back on love, are depressed (some even go suicidal)
and second breaking is when dis turns you into a heartless playa...bent on doing same to people of d opposite sex...,in some revenge quest....*n in dis quest, u also build up people like u..its a vicious neva-endx cycle*
