and so what, what is the big deal; is it not ppl boko haram kill every day? let them feel it too
Am not Buhari's fan neither do i have the intention of becoming one but i hate it when people bring sentiment into everything (including things as mysterious as death). It's absolutely stupid  for any one to make jest of the dead of those that are bereaved..... Reasonable people have sober reflection when others die knowing that it could have been anybody.. Moreover all the allegations of Buhari sponsoring boko haram have never been substantiated hence Boko Haram never told us that Buhari is their sponsor neither has anybody come up with any fact to that effect..... Even if Buhari is evil as some of you are saying that is still not enough reason for anybody to jubilate over his daughter's death..... If people are supposed to be dying because their parents are bad some of the persons talking would have died even at birth.................. RIP FINE GIRL....

At 37 a lady that is favored of God  maritally is supposed to have settled well with her husband and should be almost done with child bearing and be concentrating on bring up her children and making plans for their future along with her husband...... For you to still be single at 37 should be a matter of concern and make live a more careful and responsible life and also apply your heart to wisdom in order to afford some of the exuberance and mistakes hence you do not have all the time to make amends ..... At this point of your life you should know what kind of relationship that is good for you and also know what you want out of relationship..... Any relationship that has no strong evidence of leading you somewhere is not worth it, as messing around with play boys would mess you up the more even as time is not really on your side.....As for the guy who claimed to be addicted to you, i think he is only segxwally addicted to you and nothing more and the earlier you destroy that devilish addiction and get serious with your life, the better for you..... Stop wasting time with players because time is life...... 37 YEARS IS NOT 17 YEARS.....

It can be anybody's turn tomorrow and not necessarily the politicians  hence all of us, including you need to rearrange our ways..... The man died at a ripe age of 79 and he lived a fulfilled life (humanly speaking), let's we they younger pray that we fulfill our years as well .. The right thing to do when somebody dies is to think about your own life, the death of others affords you the consciousness that your end will also come some day, then it propels you to apply your heart to wisdom and uprightness, hence it's appointed unto man once to die and that comes the judgement ...

How will you feel if somebody for no just reason calls your sister a shameless slut?..... Reasonable people not just arise and call people names just for the fun of it, learn to be reasonable.

Pender, it's a good thing that you have made your choice of driving Dangote's truck and i personally salute your courage in making that decision but i feel it's not a good thing for you to get too lost and carried away in your excitement to begin to think that the best thing that can happen to any Nigerian is to drive truck for Dangote or worst still to assume that every Nigerian abroad is either driving taxi or watching toilet or that you have made a better choice every Nigerian in diaspora  ...... You have made your choice and as far as i know no-body is down-grading you for that so why not the whole thing stop at that instead of you to be running your mouth and looking for issues that are not looking for you.
68  Forum / The Buzz Central / Re: Hot Actress, Susan Peters Adopts Baby Girl From Ogun State on: 6-11-2012 03:38 PM
If the Lady decides to adopt a baby then she has done a good work, it's part of her own contribution in alleviating the sufferings of the less privileged hence such act ought to be appreciated instead of somebody making some derogatory comments about her in the name of post ... The issue here has nothing to do with whether she is married or not.. There are billionaires in Nigeria that do not know where orphanages are located left-alone adopting any baby or rendering helps to the orphanages, instead of helping the nee-dies, they use their financial muscles to exploit them, but here is a young lady using her legit-mate and hard-earned money to adopt a child and all someone could do is to to make jest of her... At times one wonders, what exactly we Nigerians appreciate.... We condemn people that do bad things yet we talk down those that do good things....... Let's learn to appreciate good things.....
69  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Why are Nigerians very rude? (Page 2) on: 6-11-2012 03:10 PM
It does matter whether it's Nigerians alone or not, what matters is that it's wrong for any one to pick offense and insult someone just because such a person has a contrary opinion on issues.... That which is not good is simply not good regardless of whether it's an issue with Nigerians alone on it's an issue with the whole world .... If you think someone's view on any issue is not right the right thing is to do, to counter his view with your supposed superior view logically and with facts yet with due respect .... Several issues are posted on social media for people to er their different views, hence no one commits any crime by commenting on such issues even if some feels his opinion or view on that issue is wrong..... You don't insult somebody even if you think he/she is talking nonsense, after all in every "non-sense" there is a 'sense'... more-over, men of great ideas do not arrogantly discard other persons' views because "humility is the a trade-mark of the great"....

And hw many of those king in d bible served God faithfully?
Many of the kings in the bible served God faithfully and their records and testimonies are there for all to see..... Just take a look at few of them:
1.David- He was a man after God's heart (1 Sam. 13:14).
2.Jehoshaphat-He eradicated cultism in Israel ( Read 2 chronicles chapter 17-20).
3. Jothan- He was described as a very careful man who followed the path of God (2 chronicles 27:6).
4.Hezekiah-Brought in religious reform that removed idolatrous elements ( Read 2 kings chapter 18-20 and 2 chronicles chapter 29-31).
5.Josiah- He followed the steps of David and was obedient to God ( 2 kings 22:2).
6.Jehoash- He brought Victory to Israel, following God's leadership (2 kings 13:9-19).

A born again christian can not be a monarch bcos alot of fetish things re attached. And there can't be peace if d monarch tries to forgo some/all of it, exactly what is going on b/w d youth & himself(monarch). My advice 4 d monarch is, if he must serve God faithfully, he has 2 let go d throne bcos light & darkness can not work 2gether.
There is nothing wrong with a christian being a king ... in the bible abounds several kings that reigned in different kingdoms at different times.... The fact that several kingdoms are built on fetish beliefs does not mean it must continue like that.... Things are bound to change for the better...If shunning fetish festivals is the only crime the monarch has committed then that's a necessary crime....He saw the light and that light has to reflect in the kingdom where he reigns though the evil people of the land will fight him because the bible "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil" (John.3:19). There are several things a kingdom or community can do to retain her identity apart from insisting on fetish practices... It's quite unfortunate that in this 21st century some youths are serious fighting not for good education, stable power supply, good road, corrupt-free government etc but for 'ogun-festival'
72  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Should The Nigerian Government Negotiate With Terrorists? on: 2-11-2012 12:51 PM
In my own opinion negotiating with Boko Haram or any terrorist group for that matter is not entirely a bad idea if such move can bring the needed peace ....The word negotiation simply means "mutual discussion of terms of an agreement"... There is nothing bad with the Government discussing with the people mentioned by Boko Haram as negotiators if only they are sincere..... Every war be it internal or external ends with negotiations and peace treaty hence the word 'Negotiation' is not alien to the situation we have found ourselves .... Am not saying that the Government should accept all the conditions given by the terrorist group.... If it's a negotiation them there is room for the Government accept or reject any of the conditions with reasons and also state her own conditions or whatsoever for a treaty.... No price is really too much for peace... After all it's the innocent and defend-less that are been killed, maimed, rendered orphans, Widows, childless etc.... If negotiation is the way out this problem that has claimed thousands of innocent souls, why not we drop our egos and sentiments and embrace it at-least for the sake of the defend-less and harmless Nigerians that are at the receiving end?..
73  Forum / Relationships & Romance / Re: I hate it when men demeaning women (Page 6) on: 30-10-2012 07:36 PM
It's only responsible for responsible men to respect ladies (Women).... Women are the pride of women, any man that does not respect women in my own opinion is less than a man... I mean he lacks a paramount attribute of a man. Religion, culture, civilization etc all encourage men to respect not because they are faultless but because it's meant to be so .... Any man that uses abusive words on women especially regarding their feminine parts is totally uncultured and has no respect even for his mother ...... It's natural to respect ladies even without attachment or whatsoever..... My  two sisters happen to be my immediate juniors but i have no difficulties in respecting them as though they are my seniors and that i have seen with few of my friends.... Having said that, i must say that ladies should do their best to respect their-selves and respect men too hence to a large extent respects are earned and not solicited for............

I personally have nothing against an Ibo man becoming the president of Nigeria yet i feel that the issue of who becomes the President should be something more than tribe (lism).... Nigerians are becoming  wiser and more enlightened that we are not too concerned about the tribe of the man who becomes our President but his his capability..... If Orji Kalu thinks an Ibo has to be the President come 2015 what he and his campaign team should do is to look for an Ibo man whose credibility or acceptability as far Nigeria is concerned is not in doubt and let such a person go for the presidency so that Nigerians can vote for him not because he is an Ibo man but because he has what it takes to give Nigerians a better life.. Votes are not cast for tribes and ethnic groups but for individuals .. There are more than 200 tribes in Nigeria that have not produced a President yet hence i feel Kalu and his campaign team may not realize their goal if campaign is solely built on tribalism...

Of what good is the uniform of a thing?.... How will the uniform for commercial Drivers and Conductor sanitize transport system?... I feel there are better ways of improving the transport system like organizing seminars and symposiums for transporters  for proper information, providing fund for transporters may be on loan to have good buses, trying to make transport cost more affordable would be better instead of asking transporters to wear uniforms as if they are primary school pupils... It looks like the people in Lagos are beginning arrogate too much to power to their-selves and getting confused as well...... Any policy that will not improve the standard of living of average man on the street is rather a curse than blessing for Nigerians.
