Have some respect people, regardless of your prejudices its a day of celebration from our islamic brothers and sisters all over the world and if you can't wish them well then please hold your peace. Its funny how christians here are so quick to point out the flaws of this religion but yet they are not compelled to identify theirs. We all know their are religous fundamentalists worldwide and not just muslims but christians also. Lets just hope for peace in our nation, and as much as you all blame "abokis" (Hausas) for domestic terrorism its actually funny that those in the diaspora perpetrating such acts are largely from the Yoruba community most with christian backgrounds. The question we should ask is why are our youths converting in large numbers to islam and the answer is simple christianity has become about financial prosperity, social status, fame and lust for the flesh and things of the world. Let's return to the teachings of christ which is for the ultimate redemption of our souls in anticipation of the final judgement. I confident that none of those who made vulgar comments true christians but just sycophants of the global media propagandas. Happy Eid and God bless Nigeria |
