Oh oh.  I thought the man says some people are planning to deport this lady, that is why they encourage her to come up with the claim.  
In my opinion, I tend to disagree with hin.
If they want to deport her she won't even come out of her flat less suing someone.  It's a good move, for him to answer questions over there , when he is too big in Nigeria.
