• make u guys talk lik 4 times in a day on phone and each conversation shud nt last less than 5mins.
• have phone sex regularly at night to keep the bond together & also phone sex makes u two long for each other not som1 else.
• alws communicate maturely i.e. express urself freely & allow him do the same cos if u two communicate well, he might confess unconsciously if he's getting attracted to som1 else. guys get tempted too easily, so u av to derive a way in making him tell u things (u av to alws react maturely to things u felt or heard abt him)...
• tell him swt words & do thngs tht will make hm return the favour.
• make sure u two av a good arrangement in visitation e.g ones in a week, month, every 3 months, yearly etc cos if u dnt get to see for a lng time, him/u might get tired of waiting

well these suggestions might work only if u two have a proper understanding of each other

i have this friend as in we've been best of friends for like 5 years
then then she introduced me to one of her friends who eventutally became ma  girlfriend
now the problem is that there was a quarrell between both fo them nd ma girlfriend want's me to stay clear of her
i don't thinnk i can do it cos of the bond between me and ma best friend.
