Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Muslims Are Ready To Go To War Over Islamic Banking - Sharia Council |
on: 14-02-2012 03:39 PM
| Why must every of their talk be threat of war, war, war... Majority indeed.
The Muslims always wants to enforce their will on Christan's while they themselves cannot allow Christan's to do the same on Muslims. They always believed that they are wiser than Christian with their stupid way of thinking. My question for those Muslims yearning to establish Islamic banking in Nigeria is: "Can the same Muslims allow the establishment of Christa in banking too, especially in the Muslim countries without being seen as infidel banking"?. Now, you should use your tongue and count your teeth. Not only that, Islamic banking will be seen as an alternative in looting and laundry Nigerian public fund by the leaders to Dubai and other Islamic countries without trace, and again, it will be a perfect way to sponsor terrorist groups operating in Nigeria by Arab countries and their terrorist citizens who hate to see Nigeria utilize its resource money well in developing Nigeria. This is the reasons why every Christan in Nigeria including reasonable Muslims should stand up and reject this cunning Islamic banking in Nigeria.
Christian Banking ? why not ?As long as it remains really Christian you will be be surprised that there will be little or no difference with Islamic Banking. Both creeds abhor usury. Why all this noise on what is not compulsory ?Islamophobia might lead to great financial miscalculation.

| What act exactly will earn you the pleasure of God? And what good act is righteous enough to erase the bad things you've done in your life? Truly I say to you, you have all the love of God that He has to offer. The question, however, is: have you received it? No righteous lifestyle can earn you any more love of God than that which He has freely given!
TO believe in ALLAH AS THE ONLY CREATOR WITHOUT AN ASSOCIATE earns you HIS PLEASURES .to be the source of succor to the deprive,d hope to the hopeless, and do unto others as you want others to do unto you erases you bad deeds.

| Karma gentlemen, karma. The location of some institutions up country is for strategic reasons. Having some institutions close to our coastline makes them vulnerable to attacks. As for oil, when ever it dries up Naija has lots of other resources to tap from it is only our laziness that is keeping us from exploiting these myriads of deposits. No one in the North can stop southerners from acquiring or developing property in Abuja. It is so centrally located that to think it belongs to the North alone is myopic. Our number one problem in Naija(North&South) is mutual distrust, which is an evil seed sown by self centered people. The US is a shining example for us to believe in the Project call Nigeria.Even if we divide Naija into a hundred countries complains of this nature will always surface. | | |

| @binshehu Well there is no doubt that we are entitled to our opinions. In that light,I'd say that our mannerisms do not suggest that we'd break up as a nation and thinking along that line means we've lost touch with the realities on ground. Our coming together as a nation in my humble opinion was not a mistake, even as I do not doubt the obvious which is that there is something we are not telling ourselves-the truth.Once we tell ourselves the truth, wounds will heal and frailed nerves and tempers would calm down.Nigeria is a great country and so are we all.
Aye, the truth of coexistence, strength of numbers, of resource and that universal African value of being our Brothers keeper.May GOD save Naija

| It sure is the answer. Sometimes you do not realise the importance of what you have until you lose it.Do not be afraid, even if Naija breaks up it will stitch itself back in the course of time. We have come a long way to live permanently apart. | | |

| I'll agree with whatever makes sense. For example, I agree that DU is a long-term problem (thought U-238 is far less toxic than other uranium types). I also agree that the invasion of Iraq was wrong, though Blair and Bush seem to have avoided justice in this life and time. On the other hand, if I see something that is wrong or badly argued, I'll say so.(Kudos, Cammy. You have my thumb up for rationality.Babes like you need to be the Next UN Sec General.
No I don't, and I never have.
No I don't, and I never have.
No I don't, and I never have.
If you can't argue honestly, give up!
