Ace footballer Obafemi Martins has welcomed his third child from his third baby mama. Abigail Barwuah, the older sister of Italian footballer Mario Balotelli gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday October 16th in Italy.

25 year old Abigail, who has been dating Obafemi since 2012, lost the first pregnancy we all reported last year. She was about four months pregnant when she was in Nigeria with Obafemi in December 2012 but lost the baby and got pregnant again almost immediately.

ASUU strike Update President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday in Ado-Ekiti appealed to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to return to the classrooms in the interest of their students. He made the appeal at the inauguration of the College of Engineering Complex at the Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Ekiti State. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that three-storey college complex was also named after the President. Jonathan urged ASUU members to heed his appeal saying that whatever their grievances might be, keeping students out of school for four months was unpatriotic.

When Beatrice left home in the morning of October 1 with her twin girls, the four-year old twins would probably be thinking that being independence day, their mother was taking them out for a special treat. Alas, Beatrice was on a mission to sell her God-given girls for N75,000 apiece. How were the girls rescued from this monster of a mother?

Wonders, they say shall never end. What many would rather give a finger to have was what a woman, identified as Beatrice, was trying hard to dispose, while most Nigerians were celebrating the anniversary of the country’s freedom from the claws of colonialists on Tuesday, October 1.

Beatrice, a native of Isiele-Uku, married to a Beninoise was trying so hard to send her twins into eternal slavery. Beatrice, who lived with her husband at Idi-Iroko area border in Ogun State, was reported to have parted ways with her husband in March.

While she lives with her four-year old twins at the border town, her estranged husband was said to have taken another wife and moved out of the town. But it was reported that once every month, Beatrice’s former husband used to come visiting his twins in the care of his estranged wife. The man is also reported to take full responsibility for the welfare of the two girls, as he provided for their upkeeps, albeit not to the required standard

A dead baby found in a teenage girl's bag as she shopped in Victoria's Secret was born alive and had been suffocated, a post-mortem examination has found.

Two 17-year-olds were stopped in the New York branch of the lingerie chain in midtown Manhattan on suspicion of stealing underwear.

On closer inspection, a security guard found the dead baby and called cops who arrested the teens on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

The young mum was taken to hospital and treated.

No, I don’t see why I should. Fine, I don’t mind showing certain parts of my body, especially when playing a seductive role. I can wear a bum short or maybe a net top. But I’ll never go unclad, not even for ten million dollars! What’s the essence?

I’m cool with them, though not everybody will like you. Some will smile at you and when you turn, they just hiss. But I respect them, especially the senior ones. We’re okay.

In Nigeria specifically, I’ll like to be in the shoes of Genevieve. She’s  so endowed, I like her brand. After so many years, she still remains a household name. Though I can’t be her, I’m a different person, I’m Ella. I just hope to become something similar or even better.
