He just gave Boko haram orders to back out. Why hasn't the army been able to block supplies from getting to Boko haram? How did heavy weaponry like armour tanks get to The terrorist? They obviously passed through the southern states, through customs, police checkpoints,soldiers. Jonathan controls the transport routes to Boko haram. If I were the president I would fire the chief of defence staff and replace him with the head of Boko haram leader and commander. He is no doubt a better military commander.
