4  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / 2015 War: PDP, APGA, LP, AP unite against APC on: 28-01-2014 03:05 PM

ABUJA — The famed unity  in the Aminu Tambuwal-led House of Representatives was unravelling, yesterday, as members began to take position along party lines on the directive by the All Progressives Congress, APC, to shut down the government.
The directive by the opposition party to shut down government bills upon the alleged reign of impunity in Rivers State, yesterday, led to the emergence of at least three groups in the House taking divergent positions on the issue.
The crisis of confidence among political groups also led the split in the Conference of Nigerian Political Parties, CNPP, which also yesterday, disowned a statement of support for the APC directive issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Osita Okechukwu.
CNPP Chairman and former governor of Old Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, in a joint statement with the body’s national secretary, Mr. Willy Ezugwu, said the CNPP, as a body encompassing all political parties, would not side one party against another.

Also yesterday, Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State gave strong support to the APC directive, saying it was a necessary legislative action to bring a belligerent executive arm of government to order.
Meanwhile, the new National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Adamu Mu‘azu has scheduled a strategic meeting with members of the House of Representatives caucus to fend off the challenges from the APC.
“The meeting which is being convened by the PDP House leader, Mrs. Mulikat Adeola-Akande at a five star hotel in Abuja today, is to be graced by the party’s 18 governors.
Meantime, the PDP which for the first time last month lost its majority in the House, yesterday, teamed up with three smaller political parties to form a body to frustrate the directive issued by the APC to its members to frustrate the passage of government bills and appointments in the National Assembly.
PDP, APGA, LP, AP unite against APC
The new body termed “National Unity Group of the Federal House of Representatives” (NUG) is composed of PDP, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Accord Party (AP) and Labour Party (LP) members.
Speaking as the Leader of the group, Hon. Bitrus Kaze (Jos North/South Federal Constituency of Plateau State) said the group was formed to essentially protect the unity of the country.
He recalled the attempt by Gbajabiamila to ridicule the PDP Deputy Leader, Rep Leo Ogor on the floor of the House last Tuesday when he addressed him as the “minority leader,” and vowed that the group would not allow Nigeria to be ridiculed.
Motif of the group
Giving the motif of the group, he said: “Just a week ago, in defiance of a court order, the APC in what the media next day admitted was a failed “attempt to take over NASS,” created a near breakdown in the chambers when the minority leader sought to claim that the majority leader was no longer the majority leader; in any case he was properly shouted down by most members.
“These latest directives are a provocation and as far as legislative manoeuvres go, they will once again fail. Hence, everything must be done to arrest the APC attempt to turn Nigeria into a laughing stock. We the National Unity Group in the House of Reps made up of PDP, Labour, Accord and APGA members, wish to aver as follows:
“That any attempt to tamper with the 2014 budget and hence the Transformation Agenda of the Jonathan administration, would be met with robust resistance;
Reps react
Reacting to the development, Gbajabiamila, the leader of the APC House caucus said: “Those names and groups are unknown to the House. So I cannot speak to their agenda. However, that it would take the hurried and panicky  formation of three groups to counter a legitimate directive from one party speaks volumes not only about their understanding of issues and politics but also of the impact and force of the directive.”
Rep. Ogbonna Nwuke (Omuma/Etche Federal Constituency, Rivers State) on his part also charged the PDP to respond squarely to the issues on hand.
“The PDP should rather address the issue in question. What the APC drew attention to was the brazen abuse of power, the unnecessary recourse to impunity by the authorities especially in Rivers State. Why are they not addressing that matter? That is the issue the APC was drawing national attention to and why it ordered its lawmakers to shut down government.
Hon. Abiodun Faleke (APC) Lagos State: “No law maker can stop me from democratically expressing my views on the floor just as I cannot stop any. At the end, majority will prevail.”
CNPP disowns scribe
Disowning the recent statement by its national publicity secretary giving support to the APC directive, Musa the CNPP chairman and Ezugwu, the secretary said: “The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties, CNPP, hereby distances itself from the statement credited to Mr. Osita Okechukwu, who claimed to have spoken in his capacity as the Publicity Secretary of the CNPP.
“Mr. Okechuckwu specifically said that the CNPP supports the APC’s directive to its members in the National Assembly to block the confirmation of Service Chiefs and ministerial nominees as well as stall passage of the 2014 national budget.
“We wish to remind Nigerians that the CNPP as an umbrella organization of all the registered political parties in Nigeria cannot take side with any one political party against another.
“The secretariat of the CNPP did not at any time mandate Mr. Okechukwu to issue a statement endorsing the directive of the APC to its members in the National Assembly.
“The views expressed by Mr. Osita Okechukwu are personal to him and do not represent that of CNPP.”
Fashola backs APC Reps
Governor Fashola, in a session with newsmen yesterday gave support to the APC directive, saying: “But let me say here without any shadow of doubt, that three arms of government in the theory of separation of powers recognized the needs for every arm of governments, the executive, legislature and the judiciary as a check on the other.”
PDP caucus meeting
Today’s meeting with the PDP House caucus would be the first formal contact between the new national chairman and the members.
It was also learnt that the meeting was called to fine-tune ways of neutralising the increasing influence of the APC and stall the bid by the opposition to change the leadership of the House of Representatives.

8  Forum / The Buzz Central / $3000 Per Sperm, Half-Caste Baby Business Booming In Ghana. on: 27-01-2014 04:39 PM

In Ghana, they are regarded as hotcakes. Their complexion put them on a fairly higher pedestal, as they are the ones every guy or lady craves to date - the half-caste!

But ever thought that a time will come for half-caste babies to be bred in Ghana? Well, thanks to modern science, one can have a half-caste or mixed-race baby without necessarily having to marry or have segxwal intercourse with a person of different race.

Following in the steps of artificial insemination, a novel venture to create a new society –‘Half-caste World’- on the African continent is bourgeoning in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

As ridiculous as it may seem, considering the fact that the word ‘half-caste’ denigrate one’s status in society, especially in Europe and the Americas, advocates of this enterprise believe the creation of this breed of people of bi-racial identity positions Africa for a better future.

“Half-caste World is founded to transform Africa into the land of riches and beauty, the land of every man’s dream. We believe life began in African and will end in Africa,” the advocates posted on their Facebook page.

The campaign is targeting both African couples andsingle who are desirous of giving birth to half-caste babies the opportunity of a lifetime at a relatively affordable cost.

Although the advocate of this campaign has not revealed his identity, investigations conducted by www.infoboxx.com pointed to one Augustine N.K. Boateng, a graduate of “University Mohammed Premier”hotc in Morocco.

When contacted on a phone number provided on his newly created website, he declined to provide detailss on the procedure and the level of patronage, saying “I just started it and wouldn’t want to involve the media at this early stage”.

However, our investigation revealed he started operating about four months ago from Madina Estates in Accra.

It was further revealed that Boateng provides gametes from almost all nationalities including the UK and the US at a cost of 3,000 US Dollars upwards, depending on the process and the individual’s request.

There are questions about how gametes are procured, the insemination procedure and even the regulatory regime. Boateng claims that the procedure to insert the “gametes can be done both in a clinic and at home.”

The Half-caste babies entrepreneur prides himself of giving women and couples half-caste babies with “mental and physical beauty”.

“A new world has began and it is like the tide, you either swim along or get left behind. You too can be a blessing for the next generation,” he posted on Facebook.

To Boateng, there is what he has termed “a vast racial gap between Africa and the rest of the world” which ought to be bridged through breeding of half-caste on the continent.

Meanwhile, some Ghanaians have questioned the rationale for such a venture.

9  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / TB Joshua Delivers A Gay Nigerian, Restores Him Back To Being Straight! on: 27-01-2014 04:21 PM
[img]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HvYFDBV02Bo/UuZNrnFWMwI/AAAAAAAApHM/SLi_tXFXeDs/s320/Capture.JPG[img]
According to a testimony from one of Prophet TB Joshua's church member yesterday on Emmanuel TV, Thaddeus a Nigerian but living in Cameroon used to be gay. But thanks to Prophet TB Joshua, that demon was been chased out of him after an encounter with Prophet TB Joshua's Wise men.

Mr Thaddeus, a Nigerian from Imo State but residing in Cameroon, was travelling to Asia and had a long stopover in an African country where he stayed in a hotel with a swimming pool. He went for a swim with fellow men then went to eat and sleep.

That night in a dream, he saw himself swimming in the same swimming pool naked with other men. When he woke up, he was sweating and something entered him and he realised that he no longer had passion for women but rather began to develop passion for men like him.

Returning after the trip, Thaddeus broke his relationship with his fiancée who was shocked and could not understand why. Once free from the relationship, something pushed him to research on the internet about relationships with men. And as a French translator in his church,Thaddeus continued assisting in the church while still living that lifestyle and indulging in these sinful desires.

One day, his pastor asked him to go to The SCOAN for deliverance but did not specify why. On New Year’s Eve, he decided that he could not enter 2014 the same and persuaded his cousin to fund his ticket to visit The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria.

He arrived in Lagos and found a hotel. He saw the same man from the hotel in his dreams having an affair with him and immediately woke up and determined that he could not sleep anymore but rather made his way to The SCOAN that night. Upon arriving at The SCOAN, he was in one of the many overflow canopies and could not get a pass to enter the church. From nowhere, an old woman who he had never met before handed him a pass, saying, “Here, take mine and go inside.”

He entered and when the wise men were praying, he started to feel like running away. As Wise Man Christopher approached him, he became angry and when he touched him, a voice within him spoke out and he lost control of himself. He knew he was speaking but did not know what he was saying until he was finally delivered in the name of Jesus Christ.

Now, after his deliverance, he testified that his desires have changed and he no longer has passion for men but rather for women. He can now pray and read his Bible without distraction and diversion. In his advice Thaddeus said:

Now I am delivered, I no longer have affection for men but for ladies. If you come across someone with the same problem, you should not condemn. The only answer is deliverance.

10  Forum / The Buzz Central / Gaddafi's sex chamber where he raped girls and boys uncovered on: 26-01-2014 06:35 PM

after the death of Libyan dictator, Muammar Gaddafi, a chamber where he raped girls and boys as young as 14 years old has been discovered. Read the incredibly sad story below...

The full horror of his brutality has been slow to emerge, with many Libyans still fearing retaliation by those who continue to be loyal to their late leader. But it can now be revealed that the most heartbreaking of Gaddafi’s victims include hundreds, possibly thousands of teenage girls who, throughout his 42-year reign, were beaten, raped and forced to become his se-x slaves.

Many were virgins kidnapped from schools and universities and kept prisoner for years in a specially designed secret se-x lair hidden within Tripoli University or his many palaces. In the 26 months since he was deposed, Gaddafi’s den – where he regularly raped girls as young as 14 – has remained locked. But today its gaudy interior, where the colonel brutalised his victims, can be seen for the first time in photographs from a hard-hitting BBC4 documentary.

Inside the small, nondescript single-storey complex, the girls were forced to watch pornography to ‘educate’ them for their degrading treatment at the hands of Gaddafi. And even those who did manage to escape were often shunned by their deeply religious Muslim families who believed their family honour had been tainted.

When the dictator’s body was dragged through the streets by a baying mob, just hours after he was beaten and shot in the head, the hastily convened transitional government moved swiftly to seal off the se-x dungeon. They feared the full extent of Gaddafi’s debased and lewd lifestyle would horrify the Western world and cause deep embarrassment to Libya.

One of the rooms holds little more than a double bed, lit by an orange lamp. Its 1970s decor and grimy Jacuzzi – all left exactly as they were when Gaddafi last used it – give it a seedy and gloomy air. But even more chilling is the clinical gynaecological suite in an adjoining room. It was here, on two beds fitted with stirrups behind a table laden with surgical instruments, that Gaddafi’s young victims were examined to ensure they had no se-xually transmittable diseases. And here they were forced to undergo abortions if they became pregnant.

This is the fully-fitted gynecological suite where young girls would be placed in one of the two beds and checked for STDs before they were sent in to the waiting dictator

They, however, were the lucky ones. Other young victims were so badly abused that they were dumped in car parks and on waste ground, and left to die.Gaddafi’s modus operandi was to tour schools and universities where female students were invited to his lectures.

As he spoke before his hushed audience, he would silently scan the room seeking out attractive girls. Before leaving he would pat those he had ‘selected’ on the head.
Within hours his private bodyguards would round up those chosen and kidnap them. If their families tried to keep them from Gaddafi’s clutches, they were gunned down.

One teacher at a Tripoli school recalled how the girls were all very young. ‘Some were only 14,’ she said. ‘They would simply take the girl they wanted. They had no conscience, no morals, not an iota of mercy even though she was a mere child.’

One mother, whose daughter was a student, said the community around Tripoli University lived in fear when a visit from the colonel was announced. ‘The girls he wanted would be rounded up and sent to him,’ she said.
‘One just disappeared and they never found her again, despite her father and brothers searching for her. Another was found three months later, cut, raped and lying in the middle of a park. She had been left for dead.’

Even today, the Libyan people are afraid to speak openly about Gaddafi’s depravity, fearing reprisals from his former henchmen.

But one woman – who was repeatedly raped by the despot over seven years from the age of 15 – has anonymously spoken of how he terrorised and abused her. She had been chosen to present the colonel with a bouquet when he toured her school in his home town of Sirte on the Mediterranean coast, 350 miles east of Tripoli.

When he patted her head afterwards, in an apparently paternal gesture,  she thought she had pleased the man she and her fellow Libyans were forced to call ‘the Guide’.

The next day three woman dressed in military uniform arrived telling  her parents she was needed to present more flowers. Instead, she was driven at high speed to Gaddafi’s lair. Once there, he barked at his women soldiers: ‘Get her ready.’

The girl was stripped, given a blood test and shaved of all  but her pubic hair. She was dressed in a G-string, forced into a low-cut gown and had thick make-up plastered on her face. When she was shoved into Gaddafi’s room, to her horror he was lying naked on the bed. When she tried to run out, the women soldiers grabbed her and flung her back on the bed.

She was raped repeatedly during the seven years she was held captive, eventually escaping when a door was accidentally left unlocked.

Fuelled by cocaine and alcohol – and often Viagra – Gaddafi abused her horribly. ‘I will never forget that first time, that moment,’ she says. ‘He  violated my body and pierced my  soul with a dagger. That blade will never come out.’

It took the documentary-makers months of negotiations to be allowed access to information on Gaddafi as Libya remains secretive and hide-bound by bureaucracy.

But they also established that Gaddafi set up a ‘murder for hire’ team run from Havana to rid him of enemies around the world. In a secret interview from Cuba, former CIA agent Frank Terpil said: ‘I would say [it was] Murder Incorporated .  .  . murder for hire. Gaddafi thought that anybody who was a dissident, they [should be] eliminated, he had contracts out on a bunch of people in London.’
He often stored the bodies of those killed in Libya in freezers so that he could regularly view them.

If Gaddafi was power-crazed, he was also paranoid. A Brazilian plastic surgeon found himself escorted deep inside a bunker in Tripoli in the middle of the night in order to remove  fat from Gaddafi’s belly and inject it into his increasingly wrinkled face.

Despite the pain, Gaddafi refused a general anaesthetic, fearing he might be poisoned – and because he wished to remain alert.

Halfway through the operation, he stopped to have a hamburger.
He also created an elite squad of bodyguards – all female – whom he used for se-x and forced to watch multiple barbaric executions.

For decades Gaddafi surrounded himself with these beautiful young women. Dressed in close-fitting military uniforms, with manicured nails and perfectly coiffed hair, they exuded glamour while toting guns.
But they were little more than disposable prostitutes used and abused by Gaddafi and his family.

Known as ‘the Haris al-Has’ – the private female guards – almost  all were coerced into joining his cadre. One of them, who admits she had ‘once adored him’, recalled the horrific treatment they had to endure. ‘Early one morning, at 2am, we were taken to a closed hall,’ she said. ‘We were to witness the murder of 17 students. We were not allowed to scream. We were made to cheer and shout. To act as though delighted by this display. Inside I was crying. They shot them all, one by one.’

According to Benghazi-based psychologist Seham Sergewa, who interviewed scores of the girls for the International Criminal Court, there were about 400 members of the elite squad over the years.

‘A pattern emerged in their stories,’ she explains. ‘The women would first be raped by the dictator then passed on, like used objects, to one of his sons and eventually to high- ranking officials for more abuse.

‘In one case a girl of 18 said she was raped in front of her father. She kept begging her distraught father to look away. Many of the victims say they contemplated suicide many times. Doubtless there were some who took their own lives.’

It has also emerged that teams of boys were sent to Gaddafi’s se-x den, where they too were abused. Former chief of protocol Nuri Al Mismari, who was at Gaddafi’s side for 40 years, adds: ‘He was terribly se-xually deviant. Young boys and so on. He had his own boys. They used to be called the “services group”. All of them were boys and bodyguards .  .  . a harem for his pleasure.’ One of the few Libyans who was prepared to be named and talk about the horrors Gaddafi inflicted on his people was Baha Kikhia, the widow of Libya’s former foreign minister with whom Gaddafi had a frosty relationship.

When her husband vanished one evening, she confronted Gaddafi about his whereabouts. The colonel insisted he was being kept alive but, to Baha’s horror, his body was one of many found in freezers after the regime fell.

‘He liked to keep his victims in the refrigerators to look at them now and again,’ she says haltingly. ‘He would visit his victims.
‘It was as though they were some sort of macabre souvenirs. Something that he could look at and touch to remind himself of his omnipotence. Some had been there as long as 25 years.’

11  Forum / The Buzz Central / 'D'Banj & Genevieve Nnaji Are Not Dating! It Was All A Publicity Stunt' - Inside on: 26-01-2014 12:53 AM

There was a previous report that the kokomaster, D'banj and genenevieve are back together.
However, According to Encomium Weekly, inside sources have confirmed to them that there is no intimate relationship between Nigeria's top entertainer D'Banj and A-list Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji.
That what happened on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at the Nigerian Breweries Plc’s sponsored event tagged, Club Ultimate, shouldn’t be used as evidence that the celebrities have rekindled their love cos it’s all a publicity stunt.

ENCOMIUM Weekly says they were at the event when D’Banj, garbed in a white shirt, straight cut
black jeans and a black waist coat, drove in in a black Bentley (one of the two Bentleys he bought while in the defunct Mo’Hits), followed by a G-Wagon, which was driven by the gifted thespian, Genevieve.
Obviously, the expression on D’Banj’s face showed that he wanted the actress, and they displayed public affection for each other.

But the source said there was no intimacy in what we all saw that night, other than having fun. The source, who did not want his name published said:

“D’Banj and ‘Gene’, as Geneveive is fondly called, once dated. They were dating when D’Banj paid Genevieve N2 million to feature her in Fall in Love video, before they parted ways. Since then, they have been best friends,”
D’Banj (32) has been romantically linked with different ladies, notable among them were Jennifer Obayuwana, Ini Edo, Nadia Buari, Sarah Ofili, among others, but the entertainer said he is yet to find the right girl. While Genevieve Nnaji (33) was also said to have had a liaison with top celebrities, including Kunle Coker and others.

14.    Federal government scholarships for undergraduates and post graduates students

And lots more………

However, the probability of a student getting these scholarships does not depend on how well he/she does in the class.

Scholarship exam is a test of aptitude, speed and accuracy. The only way to achieve this is to be conversant with the context and nature of the test (i.e. exposing yourself to constant practice). THAT IS WHY YOU NEED PAST QUESTIONS to be prepared.

That notwithstanding, most of these scholarships bodies repeat their questions. For you that have read it before the test, it is an added value.

I talk from experience. For instance, the scholarship exam I wrote in Mobil scholarship test was exactly the same with that of NLNG and AGIP scholarship tests. There were much repetitions from the previous year.

Consequently, I have made available the past questions for all of these scholarship tests listed above.
