Some men are so annoying. I still don't understand why a man will want to go ahead with a woman who obviously doesn't want him. These same men will later come and tell us how their wives doesn't respect them and cheats on them.  Why won't she cheat she already made it clear she never wanted you from the word go. This is marriage we are talking about. It's a life time adventure and you need a companion not a stranger. Young lady, you did the right thing. it's better you said no than going there to make his life miserable.

My brother, the situation is what it is. In as much as there is threat to life, people must take sides. We must learn to openly condemn evil before it becomes a norm. Bad things will keep gaining ground because good people don't come out to condemn it. Let us even assume she doesn't love her husband like you claimed, let us further assume she cheats on him. my brother, the question is; doesn't he cheat too? is she the only one cheating? how many times has she beaten him to the extent of breaking his silly skull for cheating? It's not like there is no law in this country. If you feel you dont want this woman again you have the liberty to go to court for annulment not resorting to assaulting a defenceless woman. Mind you,  This is the same woman that just celebrated his daughter's birthday. How many women does that? how else is she suppose to express her love? or do you think it's every woman that accepts another woman's child?we should be our brothers keeper. if someone have done something wrong, tell him to his face, tell him this thing is wrong or else he will think he has your support. No one should justify, tolerate or turn a blind eyes to domestic violence. Security is everybody's business. Let's be our brother's keeper. Together we can kick out domestic violence. Yes we can!

Wrong opinion. When something becomes a a societal threat, it is the duty of every well meaning Nigerian to lend his/her voice to cub the menace. Bad things will only get worse when good people sit back and watch because they don't want to interfere. Security is everyone's business. If you know that the life of your neighbour is at risk, you have a duty to do something to save the situation. Many people who sat back and watch until someone dropped dead, are biting their fingers today wishing they had done something to help the victim. We must be and continue to be our brother's keeper. Each time read reports like this, my heart goes straight to the parents of the victim. Parents are always the biggest losers when it comes to victims of domestic violence. If only young people will consider the happiness of their parents before making certain decisions

As a matter of fact, women beaters already have an eronous mindset by believing that it is beating a woman that makes her respect you and so they see domestic violence as a corrective measure and not a vice. This is the reason you must defend yourself against such stupid men that think the only language you understand is the rod as if you are an animal in a cage. don't sit there crying like he owns your life. Let people know. Feel free to talk about it on social media, your peers, relations, colleagues just keep crying out for help until something is done about it.  Bad things thrive because good people hide it. Expose these useless women beaters and save your life and the society at large.
