Hedgehogs are not porcupines and lizards are not crocodiles simply because they look alike. If God wanted us to be equal to the Blacks, he would have created us all of a uniform colour and intellect. But he created us differently: Whites, Blacks, Yellow, Rulers and the ruled. Intellectually, we are superior to the Blacks; that has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt over the years. I believe that the African is an honest, God fearing person, who has demonstrated practically the right way of being...

By now every one of us has seen it practically that the Blacks cannot rule themselves. Give them guns and they will kill each other. They are good in nothing else but making noise, dancing, marrying many wives and indulging in sex; the leisure of those who cannot think. Let us all accept that the Black man is the symbol of poverty, mental inferiority, laziness and emotional incompetence.

Isn't it plausible? Therefore that the White man is created to rule the Black man...

And here is a creature (black man) that lacks foresight.. The average Black does not plan his life beyond a year

Do We Really Only Use 10 Percent of Our Brain?


"You know, you're only using 10 percent of your brain. Just imagine what you could accomplish if you used the other 90 percent!"


Chances are high that you have heard someone make a similar comment at some time or another. The popularly and widely spread belief that we only use or have access to 10 percent of our brain's power is often used to speculate about the extent of human abilities if only we could utilize our brain's full capacity.


In reality, this claim is 100 percent myth. We use all of our brain. The only instances where there are unused regions of the brain are those in which
brain damage or disease has destroyed certain regions.


THE REASONS:

Neuroscientists point out a number of reasons why the 10 percent myth is false:

1) Brain imaging scans clearly show that almost all regions of the brain are active during even fairly routine tasks such as talking, walking, and listening
to music.

2) If the 10 percent myth were true, people who suffer brain damage as the result of an accident or stroke would probably not notice any real effect. In
reality, there isn't a single area of the brain that can be damaged without resulting in some sort of consequence.

3) We would not have evolved such large brains if we were only using such a tiny portion of them.

4) The brain uses approximately 20 percent of the body's energy. It would make little evolutionary sense to have such a large portion of our energy resources utilized by such a tiny amount of the brain.

5) Brain mapping research has yet to find any region of the brain that does not serve a function. "Numerous types of brain imaging studies show that no area of the brain is completely silent or inactive," wrote Dr. Rachel C. Vreeman and Dr. Aaron E. Carroll in a study of medical myths. "Detailed probing of the brain has failed to identify the 'non-functioning' 90 percent."

Unfortunately, the 10 percent myth remains both popular and persistent. It has been repeated in popular culture in everything from advertisements to television programs. The next time you hear someone claim that we only use 10 percent of our brains, you'll be able to explain why this statement is not true. Not to say that human beings don't have amazing potential – we just use 100 percent of our brains to accomplish these remarkable feats.

Swept off her feet: Cystic Fibrosis sufferer Iona Kesteven,17, with husband Laurie on their wedding day
She was barely 16. He was 18 and about to go to university.

And despite objections from their families, sweethearts Iona Lindley and Laurie Kesteven were determined to marry – while they still had time.

For schoolgirl Iona has cystic fibrosis.

The life-threatening genetic disorder often leaves her gasping for breath and some sufferers do not reach 30.

She pleaded with her parents for permission, saying: ‘We’re in love, I don’t know how long I’ve got to live and I didn’t think I’d ever get the chance to marry.’

Laurie had to persuade his family that they were not too young and that, with the help of Iona’s mother, he could care for Iona while also finishing his studies.

To the couple’s joy, both sets of relatives quickly overcame their reservations about the marriage.

Dressed in white, Iona walked down the aisle at the South Parade Baptist Church in Headingley, Leeds, nervously clutching her bouquet over her face to hide her tears of joy from the 125 guests.

At the reception, she and Laurie danced to a version of the Coldplay hit Fix You, sung by a friend.

The new Mrs Kesteven and her husband then enjoyed a one-week honeymoon on the Greek island of Rhodes.

It was the first time Iona had been abroad without her parents and needed meticulous planning to ensure she could take oxygen with her on the flight, in case she needed help with her breathing.

Now they are planning their first anniversary celebrations and have decided to tell their story for the first time to help raise awareness of cystic fibrosis.

The pair got to know each other after they began chatting on BlackBerry Messenger, and in March 2012 arranged to meet at a fast food restaurant.

Iona was nervous about telling Laurie about her condition, but after three weeks plucked up the courage.

He took it in his stride and they continued dating, often meeting in a park near their homes in Leeds.

She nervously told her mother Julie Iwanicki, 47, who is divorced from her father, that she had a boyfriend.

Iona told Laurie how much she wanted to experience marriage in whatever time she had left. He understood and, just nine months after they met, he proposed.

She accepted instantly and they married on May 17 last year.

Iona, now 17, whose condition has deteriorated to the extent she gets exhausted going up stairs, said: ‘I knew I was in love. I felt so comfortable with Laurie.

‘It was really important to me to get married because I don’t know how long I have left. My mind does end up thinking about the future but I try not to let it worry me. I just wouldn’t enjoy my life.’

Laurie, now 19, is doing a degree in physical education and sports development at Leeds Trinity University and is considering a career as a paramedic.

‘There’s no point getting upset, you just have to enjoy life as it is,’ he said. ‘Everyone was shocked when we said we wanted to marry, but now they are supportive.’

Mrs Iwanicki said: ‘Iona has had a horrible life because of CF – she has suffered so much, missed most of the joy, freedom and spontaneity that kids have.

‘They wanted to spend the rest of their lives together, however long that may be. I think that’s beautiful, especially when you see how many other teenagers behave these days. I just want them to be happy while they can.’

Iona, who needs oxygen, an array of medications and frequent hospital visits, has continued to live at her family’s home, where her mother can provide the care she needs. Laurie often stays over but still has a room at his mother’s home.

Despite her health, Iona is taking A-levels in photography and art and also attends dance classes.
‘I feel like normal when I’m dancing,’ she said. ‘I go blue in the face but I’m determined to do it.’

UMBRELLA body of Christians in the country, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has rejected the proposal to establish grazing reserves across the country as a means of resolving the protracted fracas between Fulani herdsmen and farmers in various parts of the country which has resulted in thousands of deaths and destruction of farmlands.
Reacting to a news report that the Federal Government had approved the constitution of a committee to work out the modalities for establishing grazing reserves across the country, the National President of CAN, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor said such proposal was absolutely unacceptable to the Christian community which has been at the receiving end of a grand plan to Islamise the nation.
The CAN president said the proposal, which emerged at the end of National Economic Council meeting presided over by Vice President Namadi Sambo is another grand design to Islamise the nation.
He said Fulani herdsmen is another chapter of Boko Haram, warning that if President Goodluck Jonathan accepts the proposal he should be ready for the consequences.
According to Pastor Oritsejafor, Christians in the country will not fold their arms while the Federal Government unilaterally hand over their farmlands to Fulani herdsmen for grazing reserves, which will in a few years be converted to Hausa-Fulani emirates with emirs across the nation.
“Is there any other tribe in this country that can do these things for three years running now and get away with it? This culture of impunity must stop. The best way to tackle clashes between Fulani herdsmen and farmers head on is for the Federal Government to first and foremost investigate the source of arms supply to the herdsmen before the clashes grow out of control.
“Two, we must establish grazing reserves for them in their own locale where the government can establish modern facilities, including schools, hospitals and such facilities that will make life conducive for them and their families bearing in mind that in other nations of the world, cows are not on parade on highways as we have here,” he lamented.
According to the CAN president, it is regrettable that certain leaders of the same tribe could hold a press conference where they accused the government of Benue State of masterminding the mayhem that has left hundreds of people dead in that state, noting “and Police did not arrest them. They were actually admitting that they sent these people and yet Police let them go.
“Except somebody is being economical with the truth, there is no where in the civilized world where cattle rearers walk long distances with cows on the streets. All across Europe and America, cow owners have permanent settlements, where they graze and slaughter their cows while refrigerated vehicles take the meat to different parts of the country for distribution,” he stated.
The fiery cleric urged President Jonathan to find out why nobody had been prosecuted despite the huge number of casualties recorded in clashes in Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, Delta, Edo, Ondo and several parts of the country, insisting that you don’t solve a hydra-headed monster like Fulani herdsmen by ordering the takeover of people land across the country where they perpetrate more havoc in the hinterlands.

So actor/rapper/TV personality/producer Nick Cannon was a guest on Big Boy’s Power 106 TV show and when the radio host asked him to list five celebrities he’s gone to bed with, Nick didn’t hesitate. He started off with his wife, super star singer Mariah Carey, then mentions singers Christina Milian and Nicole Scherzinger, ex-fiancee supermodel Selita Ebanks and reality star Kim Kardashian.

When Big Boy acted surprised and said he didn’t know Nick had slept with Kim, Nick replied, “Of course you knew…or you forgot because there have been many since me.” Ouch! Not nice, Nick!

Oh and he said he only mentioned the names of famous women people already know he slept with, ..meaning there are many more. He also said the first time he made love to Mariah Carey was on their wedding night.

Actress Clarion Chukwurah has called on the current President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria(AGN) Ibinabo Fiberisima, to resign from office as she has been appointed into a political office by President Jonathan. Ibinabo apointed by President Jonathan on the board of the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC) on February 26th.

In a two-page statement she released titled, Ibinabo and the AGN visit to President GEJ: Setting The Record Straight, Clarion Chukwurah said since Ibinabo has received the Federal Government’s appointment, it is expected of her to vacate office as AGN President and face her new appointment, as Onyeka Onwenu and Kanayo O Kanayo her predecessors did.

“The AGN was not established as a platform to canvass for political appointments or pursue selfish interests. Ms Onyeka Onwenu and Mr Kanayo O. Kanayo listed as examples in her address, became card carrying members of PDP and pursued the realization of PDP’s political goals to obtain their appointments. Ms Ibinabo Fiberisima should resign as AGN president for her brazen use of a body created to serve the creative interests of a group, to gain political appointment while in office. I enjoin her to follow the respectable road of her named predecessors, by joining the PDP and testing the real value of her self-earned popularity as an actress for political appointment,” she said.
She also expressed her displeasure at Ibinabo taking some actors to the Presidential Villa, an act she saw as going to literally begging for crumbs

“While it is not surprising that Ibinabo Fiberisima will display such a lack of knowledge of what advances screen actors professionally in the developed world, since she has not functioned consistently as an actor, and has less than 10 titles to her credit in a career spanning from the late 80s, it is however surprising that the established actors within her entourage watched in compliance, the denigration of the integrity of Nigerian screen actors, as she read her requests literally begging for crumbs from the president’s table,” said Chukwurah

Weeks after he was arrested for the alleged ritual murder of a virgin girl, Pastor Sign Fireman, the founder of Perfect Christianity Mission, has been cleared of all murder charges.
The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) absolved the popular pastor of complicity in the murder of a 12 year old virgin after the conclusion of police investigations into the incident.

“After a careful consideration of the facts contained in the duplicate file, this office is of the opinion that a prima facie case of murder is established against the primary suspect (Egbo) only. In view of the foregoing, this office shall prosecute Egbo at the state high court for the offence of murder.

“On the other hand, the second suspect (Fireman) is to be released forthwith if he is still in custody as no case is established against him,” the DPP stated.

Ikechukwu Egbo, the young man who strangled the little girl to death in an abandoned building in the Badagry area of Lagos is still in custody and has been charged with murder. Fireman has since said he’s not planning to sue the police over his arrest because they were only doing their job.

Indian mob attacks, strips Nigerian tourist after missing his way

A Nigerian tourist who lost his way in India was chased and thrashed by a mob that suspected him for a terrorist or a member of an Indian guerrilla group, known as the Naxalites.

The Times of India said the Nigerian identified as Clinton Osemwegi Igbinosun was attacked during late night hours of Wednesday. He sustained serious injuries, lost all his cloths and fell into an open sewer puddle as he fled for his life through the lanes of the village of Allapalli, located in the Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra, India

Exhausted and beaten, Clinton laid Unclad in a narrow lane when he was rescued by the local police after midnight. Police verified his claims and are going to hand him over to Foreign Registration Office (FRO) on Friday.

SDPO, Aheri, Suhas Bauche said that Clinton is a Nigerian visiting India on a tourist visa. He was heading to Bangalore from Delhi by a train. However, he got irritated by the poor services and amenities in the train and disembarked at Nagpur on Wednesday morning.

Clinton then decided to travel by bus and asked people for a bus heading to Bangalore (Vengaluru). People however failed to understand his African accent and showed him a bus for Ballarshah (Ballarpur). He boarded and disembarked by afternoon.

According to the Times of India report, Clinton got frustrated on learning that he reached a wrong destination and decided to head back to Allahabad from where he had initially started his journey. Again he asked for a bus for Allahabad at Ballarpur bus-stop and because of his NIgerian accent, people showed him the bus for Allapalli.

He reached Allapalli at around 10pm and instantly understood that he had again reached a wrong place. People turned suspicious towards the more than six-and-half feet tall Nigerian as he started looking for a hotel and sought direction for airport late in the night in the Naxal-affected area.

“His English in African accent is very difficult to understand. Cops too had a difficult time in understanding what he said. His tall demeanour and African looks turned people suspicious towards him,” said SPDO Bauche. He claimed that people sought explanations in local language and broken English, which he didn’t understand either.

As the crowd grew bigger, Clinton got afraid and started fleeing. People got more suspicious and started chasing him. Though Bauche did not confirm of Clinton being thrashed, local sources claimed that he was chased and beaten by the people.

How Clinton lost his cloths is however a puzzle. Cops suspect that he might have himself taken off his cloths after he fell into the sewer.

After running for hours to save his life, Clinton managed to dodge the crowd and took refuge in a narrow lane between two houses. Vilas Bandawar who woke up hearing mayhem, saw an exhausted and injured Clinton laying Unclad. He helped him wash by pouring water and gave a lungi.

Meanwhile, cops had reached the place on getting information and took him to hospital.

“We have confirmed his whereabouts and cross-checked his claims. Clinton turned out to be an innocent foreigner who lost his way. We are going to hand him over to FRO officials,” said Bauche.

A delegate at the ongoing National Conference in Nigeria, retired police AIG Hamma Misau has died at the National Hospital in Abuja. Mallam Misau died last night of an undisclosed illness at the age of 67.
Mallam Misau became famous after a photo of him taking a nap at the conference was shared  on social media three days ago.
Barrister Mohammed Hamma a cousin to the retired police officer confirmed his demise to SaharaReporters. He said a Muslim funeral is due shortly in Bauchi for the late delegate. Mallam Hamma Misau hails from Misau in Bauchi state.
