It is true that success is not a day’s work and Rome was not built in a day but everyone is expected to have attained a level of balance by 10 years, 20 years, 30 Years and even by 40 years.

We take a look at 10 things every Nigerian guy should strive to achieved on or before 30…

1. Be Matured – Maturity is not an age thing, but if by 30 years, a guy isn’t matured; then he’s on his way to multiple failures on all front.

2. Be in a serious relationship – If not married, then he should be in a serious relationship and getting ready to settle down soon.

3. Be Educated (formal or informal) – He should have attained his first degree or should have a qualification in his chosen field.

4. Have a Home of his own (rented, brought or built) – We don’t expect that by 30, any guy should be living with his parents and feeding on their pot, he can, however, live in a property built by his father/mother if he has a flat owned by himself alone.

5. Have a paying job or business – He should either have a good paying job, even when it’s below what he thinks he deserves or he should be in business, building a life.

6. Be responsible – He should be responsible and live a responsible lifestyle.

7. Be Independent – He should take his decisions (with or without advice). He should be his own oga in that department.

8. Have a set goal – He should by this age, have a set and defined goal, a picture of where he wants to be in the nearest future.

9. Learn to Drive a car – Even if he doesn’t own a car, every 30 years old should have attained training in driving to a large extent – an opportunity could open up or an emergency that would require him driving a car

10. Have a saving – He should have a saving plan, for the future, his family and a retirement plan.

Start planning today, every day counts – and if already you’re above 30 years and yet to achieve some of the things highlighted above, start now to aim and work towards achieving them.

Dating in the Kingdom – Christian Dating By Suzan Dare

Hi there! Now let’s talk about Christian Dating; It is true that there comes a time when a man has to leave his father’s house and cleave to a woman (his wife) now that’s what the Bible say. But like the saying every great story has a beginning and an end and so that’s where dating comes into play in every relationship whether in christian or secular world. this is where both parties can relate with each other, know their difference’s and also get to know each other better to today we’re going to be talking about;

I don’t like brothers in Church…. They are too spiritual….. I am actually dating a nice guy…..although he doesn’t go to church…….don’t know if he is really born again

Well my sister I have seen nice guys who beat their wives and have extramarital affairs…

There is nothing like marrying a brother in the Lord……what is the definition of nice guy? Buy your chocolates and change your phone? Takes you out abi?Huh?? No matter how nice he is… A dead man is a dead man!!!!

What makes our relationship in the Lord beautiful? It is that we are of “one Spirit” and that spirit is alive!!!!

Only a living man can make a good marriage!!!! Forget the “I will change him ideology” that’s 1 in 100% possibility. Like the possibility of him changing is 1%.

The headship of Christ over the Church is the model we use in marriage!!!! So if he is not one of us….he is against us no matter how “nice” you think he is.

What makes a man alive is not because he is breathing…. What makes him alive is that he has eternal life…..

1John 5:12

NET : The one who has the Son has this eternal life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have this eternal life.

An unsaved guy is asking you out……don’t drive him….get him born again….fill him with Holy Spirit… Send him to a sound new covenant church…teach him the word….. Let him grow…..end of story

Oh what do you want to hear? Marry him after get him saved?Huh?Huh? No naw! We don’t get people saved for marriage!!!!! Let him grow in Lord…..leave him like that to grow!!!

That’s why I have an issue with this statement from brothers “I have been training you so I can marry you”

That’s wrong!!! We train and equip the saints for maturity…. Not for marriage!!!!

Well……sha don’t marry an unsaved man….there is no connection between light and darkness!!!!!!!

If he is too Churchy…then that’s good news….!!!!

If he lacks the necessary ethics in dating…. Glory to God he has a Pastor….he will be taught and he will learn!!!! But to trade him for a cool guy on the street because the cool boy has swag is be ‘tired’ and of course suicidal!!!!

Selah!!
