I just saw this online and thought to share, Nollywood’s leading lady and mother of four, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, is not known as a woman who takes things with a pinch of salt. She has a reputation of hitting back fast and hard whenever she is hit.At the Nigerian Entertainment  Conference (NEC), which held last week, Omotola told the audience that people should count her out of  those who hobnobbed with government either for businesses or pleasure.
“Somebody on a blog a few days ago wrote that there are Nollywood personalities who are friends with politicians, sharing the national cake together. I, Omotola, have never campaigned or partied with any government, so don’t mention my name among those who do that. I have suffered enough for refusing to party with them and take ‘Ghana Must Go’ back home, so don’t let me suffer more,” she stated.
“If, as an entertainer, you want to be friends with politicians, do so without aligning your brand with whatever the politicians stand for"

Funny the things that keep unravelling, this time its a zonkey which brings about this PSA.
A zonkey is a thing! We repeat: a zonkey is a thing that exists in our world! This is not a Harry Potter drill, this is real animal.
This donkey-zebra hybrid was not bred in some laboratory run by an evil scientist who manically laughs while lighting strikes behind him. The way this animal came about is actually quite sweet.
The Reynosa Zoo in Northern Mexico has a zebra named Rayas, and she used to visit her friend Ignacio, a dwarf, blue-eyed albino donkey that lived on an adjacent farm. Well, obviously these two went from friends to more than friends because soon enough, Khumba the calf was born!



This is not the first zonkey to ever be created, but it's definitely one of very few. Zoo officials say that the half donkey, half zebra is extremely rare as zebra chromosomes and donkey chromosomes are not compatible.

Charity Pierce has a swelling on her leg, right, which has left her almost entirely house bound, but doctors near her Cedar Rapids, Iowa, home say she must slim to 500lb before they can give her a gastric band. A hospital in Houston is willing to operate on the single mom, who is shortlisted to appear on TV show My 600lb Life, but only if she can get to Texas for an appointment by the end of April.
