I didn’t bother finding out her account details, cus when I read the story I just told someone near me to go to the said court tomorrow and see how we can get her details, so I can give her the money instantly, since the said Journalist seems not to be available.

But then, after reading your comments, I just felt God really wants to help her. So I won’t reject your funds, we will accept them. You know why? Tuface’s camp released a press statement two days ago, stating that an upcoming artiste stole his song and yet tried to use his image (right above) to sell her records. They threatened to sue her, and wanted bloggers to help inform the society about the fraudulent act.

But the soft spoken lady, Ewa, after the press statement went viral through her representative admitted to an online publication that she stole the song and Tuface was never in the studio with her. She went ahead to also reveal that the part were his voice was actually heard was fixed in by her producer.

Below is the press statement released by them before the singer admitted her wrong. We are not sure if Tuface is still pressing charges or not.

“It has been brought to our attention that there is a song “Crazy Love” being circulated on the internet which was composed and sang by one Ewa and purportedly featuring 2Face.

We wish to use this medium to categorically state that 2Face did not feature in any song composed and sang by any Ewa. The song is an illegal manipulation and super-imposition on 2Face’s unreleased song titled “Could This Be Love”. This odious and fraudulent act is not only condemnable but also an assault to the integrity of the entertainment industry which thrives on creativity and hard work.

In particular, the act is an infringement of 2Face right under the Copyright Act Cap C28, LFN 2004 and we shall employ the full force of law to enforce the breach of his reproduction, publishing, performance, communication rights which have been breached.

TAKE NOTICE that any person who performs or caused to be performed the said infringing song shall also be guilty of infringement under the Copyright Act and we shall not hesitate to bring the full weight of law to bear on the person”, the statement read.

The Government House in Gombe State was attacked in a massive explosion late Thursday afternoon, Source has learned. As this breaking story unfolds, there are no confirmed reports of injuries, death, or the level of the carnage.

Hafsat made the remark in response to the recognition Obasanjo gave her father while speaking at a function recently. The former president had said;

Two women jailed after dog 'eats OAP alive' in frenzied attack

Two women have been jailed for 12 months each after a pensioner was "literally eaten alive" by their dog.

Retired hospital porter Clifford Clarke, 79, was mauled in his garden in Liverpool after he opened his back door while he was cooking dinner.

The Presa Canario cross-breed dog had earlier escaped from the garden of his next-door neighbour in the Norris Green area of the city.

Last month, Hayley Sulley, 30, and Della Woods, 29, pleaded guilty to an offence under the Dangerous Dogs Act of allowing a dog to enter a place where it was not allowed to be and where it injured a person.

Today, both women wept in the dock at Liverpool Crown Court as Judge Mark Brown told them Mr Clarke's death was "entirely avoidable".


Frenzy: Merseyside police arrive at the scene

Both defendants had left the dog, Charlie, unattended in the garden on a hot day last May without water and shade while they went to a barbecue.

Mr Clarke opened the back door of his three-bedroom home as he cooked a lamb joint for tea but was faced by the beast who tore into him.

Neighbours came running when they heard Mr Clarke's cries and one tried to tackle the dog with a golf club.

One neighbour said at the time: "I hard barking, at first I thought it was dogs having a fight but then I heard the sounds of a man screaming he was obviously in pain. It was horrific."

When police arrived they waited for armed colleagues who shot the dog dead. Mr Clarke was pronounced dead in hospital shortly afterwards.


Dangerous: A Canario Presa dog

The former national serviceman had celebrated his birthday the day before the attack.

The Presa Canario dog, which originated in Spain's Canary Islands, is renowned as a large powerful breed but is not banned in the UK.

Passing sentence Judge Brown said: "I hope that the recent changes to the law will be of some small comfort to Mr Clarke's family.

"Figures released recently show that the number of dangerous dogs seized by the police have risen 50% in just two years in some police forces around the country."

The court heard that the "wild" and "out of control" Presa Canario sank its teeth into Mr Clarke's arm and dragged him around his garden.

The dog effectively chewed his arm off and also mauled his other arm. Mr Clarke died from multiple injuries and blood loss.

Neighbours were unable to get into the garden to help the pensioner, while one neighbour rang for a dog warden but was told there was a four-hour wait.

The dog attacked police officers when they arrived on the scene and they were forced to attempt to distract it before an armed unit arrived.

A marksman had to shoot the dog twice after it continued to approach following the first strike, the court was told.

Mr Clarke's family have since called for tougher dog control laws to be brought in, including having muzzles on all dogs in public, and under-18s being barred from walking dogs.

His brother Kenny said: "We are not dog haters, we love dogs - I've been around them my whole life. It is a case of owners taking more responsibility."

100+ killed as Boko Haram men dressed in military uniform attack 4 villages in Borno

Over 100 people were killed on Tuesday night after Boko Haram men attacked 4 villages; Attagara, Agapalawa, Ngoshe and Aganjara in the Gwoza local government area of Borno State.
 
News of the attack is just being heard because the men destroyed the telecommunications mast in the villages during the attacks.
 
Reports say the men dressed as military personnel deceived the villagers that they came to protect them, only to gather them together and began to shoot them. Some of the villagers who tried to run into the bush for safety were pursued and killed by the sect men who came in terrain vehicles and motorbikes and armed with Kalashnikov assault weapons and rocket-propelled grenades. According to Hon. Peter Bive, the House of Reps member for the area at the National Assembly who spoke with AFP, he said the attacks on the villages were left many dead.
“There were deadly attacks on these villages by Boko Haram insurgents who killed a large number of people and destroyed homes. We are still trying to compile a toll of the dead as people on the ground are still counting the number of casualties.” he said. He also stated that the sect men have been daring enough in their actions as they have foisted their flags in 7 villages in the region indicating that those areas are now in their control
"Boko Haram have hoisted their flags in at least seven villages in the area which they now claim to be under their control,” he said.

APC Chieftain in Ogun state Bashorun Bayo Awosanya who reportedly beat his wife to pulp after an argument has denied the allegations.

He was said to have committed the incident at their residence in Sagamu on Easter Sunday April 20th around 8.30pm.
Bayo Awosanya who was said to have initially pleaded with his wife to save his political career by accepting compensations told the court that the wife “fell from the stairs, all by herself.”
Magistrate O.O. Ojo, however disregarded the photo evidence of the attack and asked for provision of witnesses to testify while threatening the complainant to close the case.

The Victim
Relatives of the victim, Mrs. Victoria Awosanya, said they were “not surprised” at the sudden turn of events few days to court date  as her in-laws including Bayo Awosanya's father, had promised “she would regret the outcome” they had prepared for her at court while another source said the victim's husband had threatened that she will “regrets not accepting compensation for the assault”.
A family source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said the event in court was “confirmation of the in-law's threat.” The magistrate refused key evidence, threatening to throw out the case should she not provide (the) persons who witnessed the torture.
Meanwhile the gate-keeper who saved the woman after hearing her cries from his station is said to have been replaced.
A source suggested he must have “reached out to the magistrate” in the case to compromise justice, and by doing so, to frustrate the case.
Magistrate O.O. Ojo adjourned the case to the  June 21st , by when he expects the complainant to have either found a witness, or opt out of the case altogether.

A 32 year old man, Muhammud Yusuf to be sentenced to life imprisonment for molesting and killing his aged mother-in-law, Amoe Stevens in London, UK.

Yusuf is addicted to watching porn movies which made him to have segxwal intercourse with his wife's mother and then left her to bleed to death in their house.
