I have read Annie tweet and listen to her brother, the sad part of this craziness is family business. We all have to learn from this situation and not be carried away about the state of Annie’s brothers mental condition or drug issues. He already admitted that he is a drug addict and I believe Annie helped his family financially from her tweet. The only problem I have and what we need to learn when doing business with family or close friends i clarified written agreement stating  The input to the business and financial payment must be agreed.  People make mistakes accepting verbal promises and issues like this occur. If the young man worked for her irrespective if she helped his family or he is a drug addict or she helped her financially. This ethics of employer to and employee (if he likes he spend it on drugs or ashewo or flush it down the toilet as long he worked then he should be paid). Lastly Annie has the right not to release any car for him to do Uber and I don’t know why he is asking her because that is her property and she can do whatever she wants, maybe the drug that is kicking in. We should always have a written agreement when venturing to business with close family because story always enter

YOU REALLY NEED TO GROW A BRAIN DUDE... YOU LIVE AMONGST MANY MUSLIMS, DO BUSINESS WITH MANY, DINE & INTERACT WITH MANY EVERY SINGLE DAY OF YOUR LIFE, YET YOU DON'T SEE HOW ASININE YOUR VIEW IS? DO YOU KNOW ANY HISTORY? DO YOU KNOW SOME COLD HISTORY ABOUT THAT YOUR RELIGION ''CHRISTIANITY''? THAT RELIGION THAT WAS FORCED ON YOUR FOREFATHERS BY THE WHITE MAN?  I WAS BORN IN A MUSLIM HOME, CONVERTED TO CHRISTIANITY & NOW, I DON'T BELONG TO ANY RELIGION, I BELONG TO NATURE & YES I BELIEVE THERE'S A SUPREMEME BEING & THERE ARE SUPREME BEINGS, I HAVE SOME UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SPIRITUAL & THINGS OUTSIDE OF THIS REALM, BUT I'LL LEAVE THAT THERE..

NOW I PRESUME YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN RIGHT? SURE YOU ARE...WHY ARE YOU FILLED WITH THIS MUCH HATE TOWARDS YOUR FELLOW HUMANS, WOW?DO YOU UNDERSTAND THERE ARE KIDS AMONGST THESE PEOPLE TOO? ''INNOCENT KIDS''?  IS THIS WHAT THAT BOOK TEACHES YOU? ''HUMANITY WAS BEFORE ANY RELIGION OR BELIEF'' THAT SOME MUSLIMS ARE BAD DOESN'T MEAN ALL MUSLIMS ARE EVIL & THINK FROM THEIR ANUS, YOUR SCOPE OF HOW THIS WORLD WORKS IS QUITE SHALLOW, YOU SHOULD DO SOME READING & OPEN YOUR MIND & YOUR INNER EYES, LIVE BEYOND NIGERIA & WHAT YOU READ IN THE NEWS... AND YES, SOMETIMES, YOU LITERALLY SPEAK FROM YOUR ANUS.. LASTLY, YOU & I KNOW SPECIFICALLY WELL THAT NOT ALL ISLAMIC NATIONS PRACTISE SHARIA LAW, WHILST SOME PRACTISE JUST PARTS OF IT. REST.

God bless you my brother. Until ppl start thinking that religion is not the problem but people Practicing religion with bad intentions to others, selfishness and greed. It painful to try to educate ppl with darken heart and a brain of peanuts that all religions has committed Genocide or form of war that claim millions of lives. Islam and Christianity were systematically forced on us and we accepted it without knowing the value of our forefathers religion we lost. The day I changed my perspective was when my Brazilian friend proudly told me that he worship IFA. I asked myself how many of the Yorubas know the knowledge or the history of IFA. We put a stigma on idol worshipers. I am Not against any religion but I want we Africans to start asking questions. We believe so much in God but nothing to show for it in all aspects of life. Thank God for ppl like you that we need to know our identity. God bless you brother

.   I still believe #EndSARS protest, was never the Idea of the Nigerian Youths. It was someone's Idea. It was the Idea of an evil man desirous to bring this Govt down, having realised he was never going to achieve his ambition of ruling us in his lifetime. The way the youths kept moving the Goal Post, even when their demands were met, should signal to you they were never going to leave our streets until they achieved their Aim- Kill Buhari. You know they were demanding for the man to approach them mano a mano. If the President had done, that would have been the end of the man.

For argument sake , lets say you are right that not the youth started protest that hidden agenda by someone. The demand of the protest was clear, peaceful and it is our constitutional right. The government created environment for protest cos the state of the country is nothing to write about that is a fact. The true fact is that present governments are evil for what happened in Lekki and no one can take responsibility, lots of version of what happened by the govt. The govt can’t tell us who is responsible and you think we should not speak up no matter who started the protest. If you want the best for Nigeria we need to start asking questions and making them accountable, they serve us and we need them to provide the necessary amenities for our daily activities. No more hin go better now is soro soke

All what he said is for the youth to ask for better Nigeria. It is our responsibility to hold our government accountable. It is unfortunately you calling the youth fighting for better Nigeria ignorant. The main reason why the govt using tactics of shooting protesters is because of coward people like you. We need to soro soke

I am tired everybody saying youth are not ready for better Nigeria, let the elders also start the revolution and Leed by example. It takes only 3% of the population to start revolution so the elders can also start the revolution if they think we youth are not passionate about nigeria. The problem is not just Nigerian’s youth passion about political issue of the country but The problem is the mentality of all Nigerians we love football, entertainment, music, BBN, owambe party. Anything that will put a smile on our face even though we suffering. It is shameful to put all the blame on Nigerian youth. We are all to blame for the affair of the country not just the youth. If  the elder are disappointed about the attitude of the young generation they can also start the revolution, they are more than 3% population of the country

The country that you talk about dont have reality TV shows abi?.....,see ehn, until Nigerians learn how to fix square pegs in square holes and round pegs in round holes, they will still be a very confused lot. Those developed and well to do countries have all these reality TV shows and more, but they are still progressing. BBN is not the problem of our country, neither is it the problem of the youth and if you argue that it is,then tell me what was the problem before BBN?,Nigeria did not just start last 4 years, its a country that has been independent for 60 years and have been on a downward spiral since 1960. Is BBN to be blamed for the rot ever since ?. If you dont like the show, fine and good, dont watch it,even opt out of it by asking the providers to block the Channel, but dont you ever think that everyone will be like you, liking things you like and hating things you hate. Na people like you dey want all their friends to be enemies with whoever is their enemy, life is not like that. The problem is NOT BBN,the problem is FEAR.
[/qu

The problem is not about the show. I argue with my friends that Nigerian are so wise that over wise is killing us. We don’t prioritize our needs. We love entertainment, football, music, Bbn and anything that make us forget our problems.  We need to love our country and participate in the affair of the country just as we show interest in entertainment.

lol.....i am so tired of ppl saying  that our image is tarnished or we won't be respected  because of  unlawful acts of few nigerians abroad. If we can't get respected for the numbers of graduate abroad we producing or numbers of professional working abroad and all Nigerians working legally  2 - 3 jobs and crazy over hours then the issue is not about the few unlawful nigerians but the state of our country. Our Image is tarnished because the state of our country and corruption in the govt. If brevik mass shooting does not affect the image of Norway has a country, frye festival scam does not affect USA country and the Chinese ppl arrested in Nigeria does not affect the image of china, pls we Nigerians should stop relating few unlawful Nigerians to portrait the image of Nigeria. If the govt of Nigeria wants Nigerians to be respected abroad and with good image the solution is provide the country with basic amenities, stop corruption, good security, boost the tourists in Nigeria and when foreigner comes to Nigeria feels better or feel like home when he gets back to his country, he will only have good things to talk about Nigeria and Nigerians.

Brother, if you can please for posterity sake revisit the real content and context in the process, even what happened (the politics played) at the 11th hour before the official amalgamation you will realize that Nigeria only exist on paper.

i get your point but there are two things in the heart of nigerians now a better nigeria (which can be accomplished by educating ignorant people on topics like this and pointing out if our leaders made a mistakes) or peaceful break up. i don't mind either  that is why i am commenting on my view on the matter. two wrongs dont make a right amalgamation was a mistake...treating ourselves like these is equally bad

Have you given a thought or revisited the errors in the amalgamation. Nigeria is just on paper, that is the reality. Suffice to note,am not making making this comment on the basis of Femi Fani Kayodes opinion.

i do understand the errors made during amalgamation. my point is that provided Nigeria still exist as a country, nigerian should be able to reside in any parts of the state with equal right and not feeling like a second citizen. it should be noted all the three tribes fought for the independent of the country.
18  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Why The Igbos Are Not Allowed To Share Lagos State With Yorubas- Femi Fani Kayod on: 9-08-2013 12:03 AM
The moment we understand the meaning of one Nigeria that  is a step for a better nigeria. A citizen of nigeria should be able to stay in any part of nigeria without feeling like a second citizen. This is one of the purpose of NYSC. only ignorant nigerians will dwell that igbo developed lagos. is lagos not part of nigeria (our duty is to develop nigeria) and fools will also be claiming  a tribe owns a part of nigeria (as long Nigeria exist Lagos, kano, enugu all states is for all nigerians) . states are created so that  the people will be closer to the government.Nigeria is rich in culture and it is nice to preserve it but using a cultural point of view, stating a tribe owns a state will lead to division of Nigeria. The problem in this matter is just documentation, if there is a proper channel that all nigerians can properly register in its state of resident the problem of fashola deporting ibos will not surface because he will be sued to court for taking such actions. I believe a governor of a state should not necessarily be a person from the tribe but a person that is a resident of the state and have t he people's interest in mind, i believe in one nigeria because if you are at the airport the question will be are  you  from nigeria not are u ibo, hausa or yoruba. GOD BLESS NIGERIA

we here feeling sorry and without doing anything. i think all the students in all university, youth, musicians, activists in nigeria should make peaceful rally that we have enough of  jungle justice. we should demand those ppl that burnt the student alive should be brought to justice no one is above the law and no one can justify the acts of these babarians. We are in a world that the citizen have power all we need is to stick together and say enough of jungle justice.
20  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Lagos Won’t Allow Other States’ Number Plates – Government on: 5-10-2012 06:27 PM
what fashola is trying to indicate is that other state traffic laws are substandard to lagos state. i have to confess that when i was reading the article was impressed commerical bus changing there plate numbers and colour of bus except the part a visitor or non commercial bus changing there plate number. The only question that came to my mind was how will a police man or traffic warder know a particular car on the road having another state plate number is a visitor or now a permanent resident of lagos state. This law  will give bad eggs within the law enforcers to harass driver's visiting relatives in lagos state on basis of having different plate number. i think the Law should only affect commerical bus within lagos. The law should simple say all commercial bus in lagos state should have lagos state plate number. we can't compare ourselves with developed country. The developed countries that we are trying to emulate have a system that show where an individual is state registered then the law enforcer can checking a driver can cross check state resident with plate number. we are still developing so we should take one step after the other......GOD BLESS NIGERIA AND GOD BLESS PPL THINKING POSITIVE ABOUT NIGERIA
