Having read the views of both genders on this board, it appears that the question of who is better to boss is a gender matter. I discovered that almost 97% of men prefers women bosses, while 97% of female prefer men to boss them. Arguably, it can be said that women between themselves are so competitive, while men though competitive but are not always rashed-up in this aspect. A guy would whole-hearted be loyal to a fellow man, though females can, but it is a natural phenomenon for them to be competitive between themselves. Women with authority can easily be intoxicated and be extraneously authoritative, (though same with men, but with a woman it could chronic). However, the meek female bosses are quite more sensitive to their employee's feelings and conditions, and they tend to show more concern and understanding in their employee's personal difficulities.

As for me, I think I can work with any, I've been bless with bossess (men & women) who are sensitive/understanding/caring/ and with great sense of humour teasing the stress out of us the employees. Amazing, I love all my bosses so much.

Nevertheless, just to reiterate, it seems to me that this issue is more as a matter of nature. Men gets down with women, and women gets down with a man, nevertheless. But women seems to be more sensitive to the actions of a woman on higher ground, than a man on higher ground.

Wedding (Marriage) before or after having children was the question. And having read mos of the comments, I can boldly say, that alot of people do not really fear God.

The question is how do you have a child? The answer is through sex.

Second Question is what is it then if you have sex when you are not married?  The answer is FORNICATION.

Third Question what is fornication? The answer it is a soul-destroying sin. 1Thessalonians 4 vs 3 - It is the will of God that we abstain from fornication.
1Corinthians 6 vs 18 - Flee from fornication for he that commits fornication sins against his own body...vs 19 - your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which dwells in you.

Fourth question why is it the will of God that we abstain from fornication? The answer is it hurts God to see His children perish, however, He is a God of justice, so the wages of sin is death....

And now, back to question; Which is better marriage before or after having children was the question? It is appropriately for the love of our soul and the fear of God, that wedding (marriage) be before children.

Nevertheless, to those who have  gone past this stage and have had kids before marriage, it is ok, God does not condemn His children who sincerely seeks mercy. He loves you so much, and had made all things including you new. Move on in dilligence and love for Him. You're so special, wonderfully made.

For those who say its ok to go ahead to have children before marriage, (fornicate), go ahead, it is not a problem but the problem is the truth of the matter, which is, hell is always hungry and never satisfied? but you don't really want to be its dinner do you?

The heart of human is desperately wicked and soaked in the pool of evil, thus the WAGES of SIN is DEATH. Our God is merciful and slow to anger, nevertheless, He is a consuming fire. His grace is been taken for granted. Though God is God of mercy and compassion, but He is a God of judgement, and He upholds Justice. Therefore, the wicked shall perish in their evil, (evil begins with a thought and then out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh or an action is taken), grace abides, but will not continue when wicked insist to dine with the devil. Thus the wicked soul shall not only meet their judgement in hell, but also here on earth. 

Naija has no government but political thugs and crooks, if the truth is to be told, more to us is the destination of our soul than the comfort of this world! The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, we let the country/government dictate our lives/circumstances, instead of God. Forget the government, forget their abominable tongues of deceit and the hopeless hope they give during electoral campaigns. Ou help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth! If He can send His only begotten son (ONLY BEGOTTEN SON) whatelse can He not do for those who love and fear HIM regardless of the state of their circumstances. He is able to prepare a table in the wilderness, He is able to provide streams in the desert. God is able. Under no circumstance will He tolerate evil, not even the excuse of poverty or Government, because He is the Great Provider. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, as for me my soul means so much to God, and it does to me too. God help us all.
