Can wedding in the next one month be cancelled due to genotype change?

Something happened to my best friend, she and his fiancé has been dating since two years, they both know that their Genotype is AA & AS, which they did their introduction this year February, and planning for the wedding in December.

Unfortunately to her, she carried out her Genotype test for the past 6 years which result showed AA. Recently she was having some symptoms which the doctors required her to do general test, on getting the result she find out that she has PCOS syndrome and AS Genotype.

But the PCOS is not curable but preventable and the funny part is that her Fiancé is AS which is against the Genotype law to marry AS & AS.

And the wedding card has been distributed to people and the fiancé is not aware of the test yet.

Question 1   - How is she going to discuss this to the family & fiancé?
Question 2   - Or what did you think she should do?  ??? ??? ???
