Beautiful Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson who was recently rumoured to have found a second boyfriend has debunked the story.

The tall and sexy actress said the latest story coming from e-media outlets was made up and not real.

Yvonne Nelson also debunked reports that her new car was bought for her by the man pictured above. She insists that she works hard to make her money and doesn’t depend on any man for help.

The actress is an intimate friend of fellow star, John Dumelo, leading to dating speculations but both have always maintained they are just friends.

Yvonne Nelson is yet to find love since her Nigerian boyfriend Iyanya broke her heart.

"I am a happy man [at Chelsea], I am going to matches and training with great joy and I am not a person who likes to be talking about the past.

A Muslim academic has opened a gay-friendly mosque in South Africa, despite receiving death threats and fierce criticism from parts of the local Muslim community.Women will also be allowed to lead prayers at Taj Hargey's"Open Mosque" in Cape Town.




Mr Hargey, a professor at the Muslim Educational Centre of Oxford in the UK, told the BBC's Newsday programme it was time for a "religious revolution".
"We are opening the mosque for open-minded people, not closed-minded people.In South Africa 20 years ago, there was a peaceful revolution changing from apartheid to democracy and we need to have a similar development in the area of religion," he said
He says the mosque will help counter growing Islamic radicalism. Mr Hargey, who was born in Cape Town, said the mosque would welcome people from all genders, religions and segxwal orientations.

s well as leading prayers, women would be allowed to pray in the same room as men, he said.

He contrasted this to the current Islamic practice which sees "women at the back of the street, back of the hall, out of sight, out of mind".

However, members of Cape Town's large Muslim community have taken to social media to criticise the new mosque, with some labelling him a "heretic" or "non-believer".

He goes through college, university; then gets married, somebody takes them off you. It can be saddening at times. But you have to let them go, if you love them. Most of them show appreciation. It can be annoying when they don’t appreciate and don’t remember where they were coming from. But we try to play it down. ‘But sometimes it can be a big deal. Fame and fortune are very difficult to manage. Somebody that didn’t see N20,000 yesterday starts seeing N4 million per show, he’s going to quickly forget Kenny and D-One. But we thank God we still remain relevant in what we do. And we will continue to do what we do as long as we love it"

Experts say that being criticised for their weight drives those who are already sensitive about it to comfort eat. Fear of ridicule may also mean they avoid exercise.Researchers from University College London said  public health campaigns should also avoid making people feel bad about their weight.
 Lead author Sarah Jackson advises medics to avoid using the word ‘fat’ where possible and replace it with the terms overweight or obese.
The study, published in the journal Obesity, found that those who were victims of ‘fat shaming’ put on just over 2lb on average over the course of the study. They were also six times as likely to become obese.

In contrast, those who were not criticised for their weight actually became slimmer, albeit by a small amount. Dr Jackson said
: ‘Our results show that weight discrimination does not encourage weight loss and suggest that it may even exacerbate weight gain.‘Previous studies have shown that people who experience discrimination report comfort eating.Stress responses to discrimination can increase appetite, particularly for unhealthy, energy-dense food. Weight discrimination has also been shown to make people feel less confident about taking part in physical activity, so they tend to avoid it.People may not feel comfortable going to the gym if they think they are being judged because of their weight.’
