what about yourself . Jesus gives you the strength to carry. In my opnion i'm the hero of myself when faced with hardships but to commit suicide becomes the last option. people often look up to other people than within themselves. like i said earlier it is my opnion.

its normal but a good lesson to learn. people today are very reserved because of betrayal. learn to forgive and you'll live  a healthy life. a betrayer thinks she/he is clever but the reality is that u dont loose anything but you become more wiser. there's a saying, the bush tht u mess up with will not be a shadow when u need it on hot weather.

Checking ur spouce's fone is good and bad. what you find will hurt you and gives you sleepless nights and trouble. If she/he's clean then bear the consequences of screaming at you and u being a fool and apologetic. Better suspect first when his moods all of a sudden change. One omeone is cheating, they hide thier fones, always put lockcodes everywhere and also spend less tine with you. My advise is, before checking his fone see to it that u have evidence to nail him.

Do you envy someone in your hood who has achieved it life especially someone you used to help? Please no chancers and hyprocrates. the platform is ready.

why waist your time to someone who does not respect you. find heart to move on. what he did to you, he will do to the next. look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you are worthy to be second best, if the answer  is NO, then move on. better leave now then when its too late. being on denial is not going to help you.  if you miss him, find guys to chat with at least to hear that man's voice but nothing more. start dating and believe me you'll enjoy being in control again because you'll have a choice to decide if those guys you are dating, one will fit your shoes.

dont hide your feeling to your friends because in times like these, they are there to support you. it hurts but you'll get over it.

the best birthday gift ever is to spend quality time with your daughter. taking her around and make her feel secured and loved. some parents think that when buying expensive gifts for thier kids they are showing them love.
